Casa da Encosta is located in the picturesque Aldeia do Penedo, on the hills of Sintra facing the Atlantic. The nearby beaches (Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs and others) are just 5 km away. This two bedroom house (plus a mezzanine) dates from the 1930’s and was passionately renovated in 2023 by Katrin Kaasa and Duarte Amaral Netto, your hosts. The house maintains the spirit of a cabin (low ceiling in the kitchen and some doors) but was carefully designed for comfort and stylish details.

Quinta Maresia Tiny House 2

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our 2 tiny houses are in the midst of agricultural landscapes on a horse farm 400 meters from one of the best surf beaches around. The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the subroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.

Beloura Home: direct access to the pool & top view

Our apartment is located in the heart of Quinta da Beloura near Sintra, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Surrounded by golf camps, you will be close to historic monuments and the beloved cities of Cascais and Lisbon. Linger in the light-flooded living room or on the large sun terrace with breathtaking views. The area offers all kinds of outdoor activities e.g. tennis, biking, golfing, hiking, surfing, etc. We will be happy to assist you with the planning. Explore, experience and enjoy!

A Capela - Villa with Private Pool

Pool only available from 1 Mar - 31 Oct. Pool not heated, but good temperature in summer. The villa can accommodate max 4 adults + 2 children (12 + above). 2 bedrooms (queen and kings size), 2 bathrooms. 5 minutes walk from Sintra Station. It offers a private outdoor pool (for guests' use on the booking only), with a private fruit garden. Views include mountain views of the Moorish Castle. Central and within walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants

Casinha das Vinhas in Sintra Old Town

Tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of old Sintra is our little house of vines. With original finishes from the 1890s and views of the Moorish castle from the bedroom’s south-facing balcony, you’ll be immersed in Sintra's idyllic village. Centrally located, we’re just around the corner from some of the best restaurants and cafes in town, and only a 3 minute walk from the train station to Lisbon. There is also free parking on the street in front of the house.

Localizada a 15 minutos da Vila Romântica de Sintra e a 15 minutos da Reserva mundial de Surf- Ericeira, a Cabana Janota acomoda 2 pessoas em cama de casal e a possibilidade de 1 terceira em sofá-cama. Tem um pequeno espaço de refeições e área de estar. Inserida numa Quinta com cavalos, tem acesso à área exterior de relvado que poderá desfrutar com o seu cãopanheiro. Duas praias a 5 minutos, a Samarra com o beneficio de ser Pet-friendly e São Julião.

La Galette - The Windmill

Located in the heart of Sintra-Cascais National Park, The Windmill features 1 double bedroom, 1 living area with television, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a garden with private swimming pool (3m x 2m), lounge area, barbecue, eating area & hammock. The beach is located in a 3 min drive, while Sintra historic center is reachable in a 12 min drive. Lisbon airport is located in a 35 min drive. The property was fully renovated, opening on May 2023

Private cosy house with a front patio, situated in the beautiful and rural village Penedo in the middle of the Sintra hills. The house is an old traditional Portuguese house, with lots of nice details. You will feel at home and comfortable from the moment you enter. The house is furnished with lots of care to make sure you will enjoy your holiday. The house has a capacity for 6 people, but for a more enjoyable experience we recommend a maximum of 4.

Fully-rebuilt 1-bedroom house with Ocean terrace

One of the four Ocean Casitas, at the very top of the whitewashed fishermen's village of Azenhas do Mar with a large private terrace right to the edge of the cliff. The small houses were fully-rebuilt combining the cosiness of the original Portuguese fishermen homes with contemporary design such as open-space layouts, micro-cement flooring and up to 5m high ceilings. and relax in this calm, stylish space.
