This Airbnb is SO adorable! It was cozy, beautiful, and peaceful! The bed was very comfortable, the towels were high quality, and the space had more than I needed for my spontaneous weekend away. I appreciated the helpful instructions, awesome recommendations, and thoughtful touches! The hosts were wonderful and great at communicating! I enjoyed a few stunning hikes nearby, including South Valley Park, Roxborough State Park, and Waterton Canyon! I highly recommend Hungry Goat Scratch Kitchen (pricey but amaaazing)! I can't wait to stay here again soon! Thanks for a perfect stay!

Lovely little mountain paradise! We stayed for only a night so we could be close to Red Rocks for the concert we were going to. After getting there I’d wished I’d booked more than one night just to enjoy the place! Nancy was super friendly and helpful when we arrived and throughout the process. The place was super clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the small deck facing the creek. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

This magnificent house was a treasure to find for our family gathering in Colorado. The amenities included were astounding from a fully packed kitchen with everything you could need for cooking right down to napkins and paper towels. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of clean bathrooms for all to use which were loaded with soaps and shampoos. Our family really enjoyed using the game room and gathering around the dining room table for dinners. We enjoyed the beautiful views while lounging in the hot tub after our workouts in the gym. It was very easy to get to and near lots of restaurants and stores. It is nicely situated to reach many points of interest in Colorado with a short 30 minute drive. Snow was removed promptly from the property after a storm. Loved access to a garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back for sure! Owners are quickly responsive to any questions that were sent.

Justin's place was a great location for me. I was able to walk where I needed to go. I was also able to walk to the two parks that are close by. I didn't really cook, except for breakfast, but the kitchen was very clean and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, living room area. I would stay here again. Justin was very responsive to my questions via email. Great place. Very nice. Thank you for a great place to stay while I was in Denver.
