This house is well presented, tidy and very welcoming. In a quiet cul-de-sac and so close to the beach and the town centre.

The place is peaceful and quiet, we had a dreamless night for the first time in many years! Just 9 mins walk to white elephant cafe which we enjoyed in the morning, bedsheets and all other things are clean. Would come back again!

Great central location, spacious and clean house with a lovely backyard! Perfect for a trip down south.

The facilities were excellent including heated pool, sauna, outdoor pool and playground and was right on the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a coffee machine!! The hosts were very responsive and informative and in all we had a fabulous weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay, the location was perfection!! Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the Bay, we sat out there every evening. BBQ is one of the nicer ones we've had at a rental. Our dog loved the large back yard. Beds were pretty comfy, bedding was very nice. Plenty of space in the house. We are already planning our next trip back!!

Great place. Could not get a better location for Yallingup. 30 second walk to the beach. The place was very clean when we arrived. Had a great time and would love to come back. Only suggestions to improve things is to provide more toilet paper (we ran out with only 5 guests). Not the end of the world. This is an exceptional property and priced accordingly.

Great location, very comfortable beds, fantastic deck where we could enjoy good food, nice wine and create some very special family memories. We also appreciated your generosity with the availability of pantry supplies etc. We found the lay out of the apartment great, and really well suited to two couples staying, and yet still having their own space and privacy. There were lots of lovely touches that were very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at KayaKarri15 during our visit to Margaret River. The location was perfect, an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and being located right on the edge of the forest was so peaceful and beautiful. The house was lovely…beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Note the house next door is mid construction but the builders were very respectful and didn’t make any noise early in the morning. Communication with our host was friendly and prompt and check in instructions clear. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in, highly recommended.

We had a perfect stay! The house is ideally located to explore the Margaret River region, and we immediately felt at home. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better base—highly recommended!

Awesome place, one street back from main street of Margaret River, we could walk to dinner or gelato or for a spot of shopping. Woolworths was on the same street for our groceries, only 300m or walk. 3 very large bedrooms with ensuites in each, good size kitchen with everthing you need, nice outdoor setting for BBQ and beautiful gardens which look awesome especially at night when you turn the lights on outside. The place has everything you need, they have thought of everything and more! It was also very clean which was important to us as that's how we keep our own home. Its nice and modern, smart TVs for watching movies or some sport. I would return to same place if we were to visit Margaret River again.

Lovely house to stay while exploring Margaret River. Walking distance to the town for breakfast and dinner. Secure parking in the car port. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Margaret River!!

We only booked two days in advance and there was immediate contact from Ann as soon as our 2 night stay was confirmed.. She gave us clear instructions regarding check-in.. The bedroom was lovely, clean and comfortable.. Having access to our own designated bathroom, toilet and sink area was most welcome. Ann and Murray were friendly and welcoming.. The location for us was fabulous as it is under 2 hrs to Perth Airport to catch our flight home to the UK.. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.. 😊

Friendly host, with great local recommendations that kept us entertained during our stay at Margaret River. The house is at a peaceful location that overlooks the garden and grassed open space behind, opening up to the East for nice morning sun whilst starting the day with a coffee from the nespresso machine. The alfresco also has an outdoor heater. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive - especially the heated towel racks in the bathroom. The location is short drive from wineries, beaches, and the main town center. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore the Margaret River region.

Holly's place is so cosy and homely. The bed was so comfy and the house had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The best part by far is the balcony over looking the fields. Watching the sun rise with a coffee every morning was the highlight of my stay. The location is great, probably a 20 minute walk into town and although there is no yard for the dog there is a huge park 2 streets away. Mobile reception is touch and go but when you see the views you will find yourself reaching for your phone less and less and actually switching off!
