We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

The Swan - quiet countryside studio

In a quiet valley surrounded by fields, bordered by native woodland trees yet within easy reach of beaches and restaurants, The Swan is a former Ale House used by miners in the 1850s. In this private self-contained studio you'll find a well equipped kitchen, cosy living space with an adjoining bedroom (king-size bed) and en-suite shower room. Walk to the top of the field to watch the sunset, or have direct access to Pembrokeshire's historic footpath network, the Landsker Trail/Miners' Walk.

What makes Penmeiddyn so unique is its subtle blend of quiet rustic charm tucked within a gentle roaming valley, surrounded by ancient burial chambers and rocky tors, two miles from the pebbled and sandy beaches and rugged coastline. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
