The house inside and out was wonderful. Roomy, comfortable and very homely. The inside was very functional and the outside areas were so much fun and inviting to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We hope to be back.

Very clean, plenty of entertaining areas, all the amenities listed were great , especially linen , and kitchen appliances. The only negative, rear access property with narrow driveway with plenty of stairs. Good value for the cleanliness and the type of property it is.

magnificent home with stylish furnishings. kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. beautiful views in a peaceful and quiet location. the beds were so comfortable. lots of activities to enjoy in and outside of the home. host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. as pet friendly my dog settled well into his surroundings and areas to walk were close by. Was hard leaving, would go back in a heartbeat!

I loved my stay at Susan’s place. The attention to detail was evident as soon as you walked in the door. Super comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Close to the beach and town, our host Kerry was super responsive and explained everything so well. Would definitely recommend

Charming house, perfect for our overnighter. Immaculately clean with modern decor and furnishings. Bathroom a little dated but didn’t detract from the overall stay. Large outdoor private patio great for relaxing on a warm evening. Easy check in and close to everything Mandurah has to offer. Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, smelled great, and the interior design was stunning. Perfect location—everything was super convenient. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Walked to the beach, swam, sleapt in comfy beds. Rince and repeat. Awesome place to vacation with lots to do in the surrounding region.

Lovely spacious property with a beautiful pool/ spa area. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay here with family and made lots of memories. We loved the little touches in the property like the Christmas lights, wreath on the outdoor table and some essentials in the kitchen. Thanks so much for having us, we loved our time here and would Definitely recommend to other families wanting be close to Mandurah but have lots of privacy.

This is a really charming house that is extremely welcoming and relaxed, and thankfully with great a/c! in the perfect location right on the river.. Ideal for a family holiday. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and being able to host a big family lunch on the verandah! Kaz and Ken the caretakers made sure we had everything we needed and were most helpful.

Excellent location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Richards house was a great fit for a family catch up. We enjoyed the pool and food and attractions close by. The house was clean and easy to access. Richard was very prompt with communication and answered any questions we had. Thanks for having us, we will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at here with a family of 5 , felt at home from Day one . Very helpful host with great communication throughout our stay. House is in a great area , I would definitely recommend.

I loved my stay at Estuary Waterside Retreat in Falcon. The 2-storey house is light, bright and airy. It's tucked away from noise and traffic offering privacy and peace. The water view is lovely and the surrounding natural environment is a tonic. The layout is perfect with living downstairs and sleeping (and entertainment) upstairs. Large rooms, comfortable beds, two bathrooms - also washing machine and dryer. The estuary is 20 metres from the property. A stroll along the water's edge is a breeze with a well maintained pathway. Wallabies on the doorstep (almost) are beautiful. Supermarket, a variety of shops, take-away outlets, gym, medical services, pub etc are within walking distance. Close to Mandurah and an easy drive to Perth. Both Rod (owner) and Kerry (manager) are proactive, responsive and basically make the stay easy. I highly recommend Rod's place and I will certainly be a repeat guest.

Great Family Getaway Spot We had a lovely stay at Kerry’s “Wee Wanna Getaway” in Mandurah. The home was clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped — perfect for families. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the layout made it easy for everyone to settle in. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions and everything just a short drive away. While the suburb itself isn’t fancy, it felt safe and was quiet enough for a good rest. Overall, a really good value stay. Thanks, Kerry, for being a great host!

This place had everything we needed and more. Activities for the kids in the shed, plenty of space, short walk to the park, estuary, general store. Host was lovely and very responsive. They really have thought of everything here.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Ben’s place. The place was immaculate, tidy and had a truly homely feel. The outdoor area was heavenly with good furniture and the BBQ was clean and in good working condition. All amenities were as described and the kitchen was well equipped. The house is walkable to the beach too and the city centre was only a few minutes away. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Ben

Thanks Nicola and Simon, we absolutely loved our time at Timpano’s Farm and look forward to visiting again. Clean and well kept accommodation, beautiful location and so much to do. Kids loved the little cubby house and monkey bars and as a family we all enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and games of jenga. Bbq dinners under the stars to top it off. Magical and relaxing.

This got to be the most worry free place I've ever stayed with the host, Melvin, always super responsive to any questions I had be it the stay or things to do. It's very unlikely you won't know what to do within the house as instructions are everywhere. Melvin is also very kind to leave welcoming snacks and drinks when we arrived. As for the house, it's extremely nice and comfortable and the best part, we get to see dolphins and a giant sting ray everyday! Nice crabbing as well with couple of crab traps available to use. You won't regret staying here for sure.
