Safety is our top priority. Walk everywhere! Our neighborhood is peaceful. The Magic Barn is located in the heart of Hawthorne's charming restaurant and boutique district: 3 blocks SE Hawthorne & Division, 15 min to airport, 10 min to downtown & Moda Center, under 7 mins to any concert venue in SE Portland, 1 block to cafe. The Magic House can be booked separately in conjunction with the Magic Barn for large groups. This was Todji's sculpture studio, he designed & built the Magic Barn.

Little Cedar House Cottage near coffee and shops

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

Architect-designed house in SE Portland’s MtTabor

Our modern guesthouse is a clean, private space filled with natural light. The front gate opens into a private, landscaped courtyard landscaped with jasmine, a Japanese maple tree, rhododendrons, and ferns. We are conveniently located near Mt Tabor Park that has walking trails and a spectacular view of the city. We are also close to several popular neighborhoods with shops, cafés, and restaurants. We welcome people of all backgrounds to stay here and enjoy beautiful Portland.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Rose City Guest House

Light and bright private guesthouse located behind our main house, features hardwood floors, quartz counter tops, heated tile bathroom floor and a beautiful patio to sit and relax on during those gorgeous PDX days! We are located between the Hollywood and Beaumont neighborhoods so there are many restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment hotspots! Close proximity to downtown, the airport, as well as public transportation. Includes access to plenty of on street parking.

SE Portland Guest Cottage

The guest cottage offers self check-in. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Portland. High ceilings make this studio airy and bright. We think of it as a perfect hotel room without the hotel. The small galley kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including filtered water. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. Tibbetts Coop - A beautiful SE Portland urban farm

Tibbetts Coop is located on a double cul-de-sac, where you will feel like you are in the country when you are really in beautiful inner SE Portland. Bring your walking shoes so you can walk through the neighborhood to SE Division to find coffee shops, cart pods, tap houses, cafes, restaurants, and bars to suit everyone, or stay at the coop to relax under a tree or on the deck. Small dogs can be approved on a case-by-case basis (fees apply).

Urban Oasis Retreat + sauna

Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.

Mt. Tabor Cottage : Cozy modern studio in SE PDX.

Located just a few blocks from beautiful Mt. Tabor Park in SE Portland, our detached guesthouse offers a private entrance and a light-filled, airy space. Inside, you'll find a brand-new queen bed, dining table, small desk, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tea setup. The space also includes a private restroom with a shower. On clear days, enjoy a stunning view of Mt. Hood from our street!

The Tiny Big Guest House

The Tiny Big Guest House is a detached studio cottage, cozy, private, and well-insulated. It's conveniently located for access to downtown and a short distance to local destinations for Portland's food/drinking/coffee/bakery/dessert/boutique scene. This a residential block where real people live with a wonderful group of diverse neighbors. We welcome ALL nationalities, religions, sexual orientations, & genders!
