The house was a great place for a long weekend with the family. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. The location is very private and still close to town and all the attractions of the area. It was wonderful to stroll around the grounds early in morning. So much bird life! Rob was a superb host. All of his instructions were very clear and he communicated extremely well. Highly recommended!

If you are hunting for a place to stay in Tenterfield, do not hesitate to book this absolutely gorgeous property. Paul is the perfect host, and he has put so much love, care, creativity and passion into preparing this character home for guests, it truly was a privilege to stay here for 2 nights with friends. Paul has a true talent for curating stunning interiors and exteriors. This home could easily be featured in a high-end living magazine. The inside spaces are warm, cosy and inviting, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, the bedrooms are fitted with luxe linen and the newly renovated bathrooms had plenty of hot water for all. There is also a fully functional laundry room complete with quality appliances and an ‘info corner’ featuring brochures n the local area. Art, books, eclectic found objects, ceramics and soft lamp light abound inside, and the visual treats continue when you step outside into the expansive garden. We will definitely be back! Gorgeous, neat and perfectly styled cottage with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and everything you need for a fun group trip to the Stanthorpe region. Perfect for 3 x couples or 6 x friends having a weekend away. Highly highly reccommend!

We had a relaxing stay. We loved sitting out on the patio overlooking the bush. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were very useable. Our host was thoughtful and left fresh milk in the fridge and had a great selection of tea and coffees. Would definitely stay again. Stanthorpe has a lot to offer for tourists and the town has a relaxed 1970’s vibe.

Great place. Kids loved the kangaroos and outdoor fire. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable stay generally. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Phil’s place! He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When we realised there was no washing powder, he didn’t hesitate to personally deliver some that same night—such thoughtful and outstanding hospitality. Chelsea's place was beautiful, it's an amazing place to stay and had everything we needed for a few nights. It's very close to the main st in town and east walking distance to pubs, coffee shops, the wine bar and Coles. We asked Chelsea a couple of questions and she responded very quickly.

Loved our stay here in this beautiful quaint little heritage home, beautiful little garden and perfect sunset view from the verandah. A short walk to a number of cafes for breakfast & felt safe and cosy. Thankyou so much for having us.

What an amazing stay we had at Jeff and Jewel’s place! Nothing was a trouble, communication was excellent and the place itself was so generously sized as well as being set in time and wonderful to wander around in its own right with all its little curios. The chickens out the back and in the neighbours yard were also a wonder for our 3 year old. Such a quiet peaceful location as well. So much to do in Warwick and surrounds, we used our time to go apple picking at Nicolettis, headed to Queen Mary falls and enjoyed local restaurants like Bluebird Kitchen and Smokehouse which was only a short walk from Balcone and absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to book our next trip!

We had a great stay. The house was very wheelchair accessible, which was a big plus for our friend who joined us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pippa was a warm and welcoming host, and very easy to contact when needed. The surroundings were beautiful, and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. Highly recommended!
