A fabulous climax to our 10 days in Tassie. Even with strong winds on the first day we were snug in this most private elegantly appointed ‘Boathouse’ with a 270 degree view of the bay through beautiful woodland. There was fresh bread and champagne for our arrival and a variety of pillow types for the bed, which was much appreciated. I saw from the guest book that there are regular visitors who come back every year - it’s no wonder and we hope to be back ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hundred Acre Hideaway. The accommodation is clean and homey, and the barrel was amazing. Charlie was very welcoming and made sure we knew how to use the barrel.

Super comfortable bed with some of the most amazing views you will ever see. Best spot for a spa especially at sunset. Great facilities provided. Was perfect for the relaxing getaway that we were seeking. Thanks for a great cottage.

Fabulously located property. Comfortable and convenient. Karen was very responsive and flexible, providing us with a late check-out, which was very much appreciated.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were responsive. There was a small issue with a leaking tap but we managed to resolve it relatively quickly. The location is excellent for anyone who wants easy access to Huonville and Ranelagh. I would stay again.

We stayed a couple of nights in this beautiful house. It was so quiet having come from the city, and the tranquil waterfront property was just what we needed. Rohan let us know everything before we got there and it was just as advertised. Very relaxing and we'll come again.

The most beautiful cottage with everything thought of for guests and the minute you walk into the cottage, it feels fabulous. Beautiful food basket, bottle of wine, fresh milk, bread, jams…. heaters through out the cottage, bath robes, comfy slippers and very comfortable bed! We’ll be back!

Lovely home, close to The Agrarian, right in the centre of town. Kitchen was great for a cook, and there were thoughtful additions in the kitchen for breakfast and ease.

Good location, very walkable to the major city sights. And the perfect size for a couple with everything you might need for a longer stay.

Nice stay in a west hobart cottage with all the requirements to self cater and stay warm. We enjoyed the location as it was walkable to coffee, food, the cbd and harbour.

We had a wonderful stay in Kellie beautiful cottage, would definitely recommend staying there and we hope to stay again on our next visit to Strahan.

Upon walking in the door to Liz's place we were instantly relaxed, drawn to the wonderful water and sunset views at the back of the property. From the well-provisioned kitchen and pantry, the great supply of wood for the fireplace, fabulous information about the area and friendly, timely comms, Liz had everything covered. We're already planning our next visit to Bruny Sea House.

Beautiful, cosy house with a stunning view and set in a wide open space. Katharine was very helpful and accommodating. The kids particularly loved the table tennis table and the soccer net.

Thank you for looking after us on our stay. We loved the fire place and the visiting wallabies and also the river with a picnic table that was a quick stroll away. Very peaceful and original.

This stay. Was beyond expectations, the quaint, peaceful property was something out of a fairytale. From the robin that would visit like clockwork when the kettle whistled to the incredible driftwood elegantly placed throughout the property, interwoven into the decor and structures like it was there all along. I have never stayed at an Airbnb and not wanted to leave. Thanks Jess for giving us a memory for a lifetime.

The Sailor is a yardarm ahead of the Captain - peaceful location- a home with luscious furnishings and well thought of added extras - cosy and warm, especially with the added option of a wood fire - a beautiful water view from the front verandah, sipping on a Tasmanian glass of red - an adjacent carport to park the car - it fulfilled all our needs - Thank you Lee, we have fully appreciated what you have put into the Sailor and the Sea, to make it a Home away from Home

We had a beautiful stay at Surveyors Bay! The house is in an ideal location close to the beach and felt nice and private. Having fresh bread, jam and some milk and butter upon arrival was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Sitting having a coffee from the coffee machine in the morning overlooking the view was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great living and kitchen space. Personally didnt like the toilet sliding door and it being really close to the bed but overall a great stay and good location. On site parking was perfect!

Carols accommodation was excellent. The facilities and ammenities provided made our stay very comfortable. The location was naturally beautiful and quiet. we highly recommend. Thank you Carol for a very enjoyable stay

Great getaway. Lots of interesting wildlife to spot including quolls and pademelons. Would stay again.

This place was beautiful, peaceful and quiet and a great base for exploring the area. The photos don’t do the cottage justice, a lovely renovated cottage that was cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
