Main level living room as well as upper level family/entertainment room, 3 covered patios & covered balcony, firepit, hot tub & outdoor shower. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.
