Velkommen til min leilighet i et fredelig og moderne boligområde i Spjelkavik. Med et mylder av stier og turmuligheter rett utenfor døren er dette et ideelt utgangspunkt for friluftsinteresserte. Moa-området, med sine butikker og kafeer, ligger bare en 15 minutters spasertur unna, og det er også gode bussforbindelser til Ålesund sentrum. Matbutikker finner du kun fem minutter unna til fots. For familier med barn er det verdt å nevne at både barneskole, stadion og barnehage ligger like ved.

Leiligheten passer for mange typer gjester: par som ønsker en rolig helgetur, familier på besøk, eller personer på jobbopphold i området. Vi tilbyr fleksible avtaler og priser ved lengre leie for jobbreiser. Her bor du sentralt i Spjelkavika, bare få minutter fra Moa kjøpesenter, kino, svømmehall og flotte turmuligheter. Det er kort vei til både lysløyper og fjellområder for ski og friluftsliv. Sentrum ligger ca. 10 min unna med bil. Selv om kollektivtilbudet er godt, anbefaler vi bil.

Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Romslig og helt nyoppusset hus sentralt på Haramsøy. Huset fremstår som svært delikat og innbydende. Fastlandsforbindelse via Nordøyvegen, og kort vei til Ulla fyr. Romslig kjøkken med alle fasiliteter, og romslig spiseplass med god plass til 10 personer. Fine uteplasser med plass til 10 personer. Jølet- Elvedrømmen

Jølet! Tenk å ligge svevande over bakken på ei seng av brusande vatn med stjerner i augo! Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.

Bright, spacious apartment with beautiful fjord views just outside Ålesund. A perfect base for exploring Sunnmøre while stikk being close to the city. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

A fully renovated apartment on the first floor of a single-family home. The area is quiet and nice, with a short walk to a big shopping mall (Moa - 10 min walk) and bus stops (5 min walk, 25 min bus ride to city centre). If you are interested in hiking, there are many nice locations just a short drive away. This area has a nice view of the "Summøre Alps". The walk to the shoreline takes about 10 minutes. Outside the house there is a large driveway with parking.

Lingås gard ligg med perfekt utgangspunkt nært fleire populære turistmål og turdestinasjonar, midt mellom Trollstigen og Geirangerfjorden. Storslått utsikt og naturopplevingar i heile området. Fjelltoppar, koselege setrar, fjord og badeplass er kun gåavstand unna. Liker du å gå på topptur på ski har vi ski in, ski out på vinteren. Vi har flotte Berdalsnibba rett bak oss.
