Brooker Tiny Home: Rural Luxury

Our modern tiny home is located on a small raspberry farm on the edge of the stunning Wombat Forest just out of Trentham, Victoria. Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable retreat complete with an indoor fireplace, kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge & day beds perfect for the ultimate relax and reset stay. We've also got a wood-fired sauna sitting on the large deck with a picturesque view of the Wombat State Forest. If you want to venture outside, there are walking tracks at your door stop.

Rancho Relaxo Eco House

Rancho Relaxo Eco House is an off-grid property, just a 10 minute drive (13kms) outside of Daylesford, VIC. It is an ideal couples retreat or a friends getaway. The Cottage is two story and the main bed and additional bed (within the reading area) is located on the 2nd level. The Cottage, including the sleeping areas, is an open plan space with natural light and views of the spring fed dams and paddocks. Local bird life is abundant and you may see the occasional Kangaroo wandering the grounds.

Station House

Original red brick building dating back to the 1800’s. Has been recently renovated into a modern, 1 bedroom, self contained studio apartment and only a 5 minute drive to the Ballarat CBD. Easy access to the Western Freeway making travel from Melbourne quick and easy. Cafe and pubs nearby (walking distance) and public transport very accessible. This accommodation has everything you require for a short or long term stay. Comfortably sleeps 2 people with option for third person on sofa bed.

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Modern two bedroom home perfect for the short or long term work stay. Seconds to Western Freeway while only being 4kms to Ballarat CBD. Great location for anyone needing easy access to the freeway.. Parking available for large vehicles if required & longer stay enquiries welcome. Just send a message for heavy vehicle options or longer stay pricing if required. This property does not cater for children. This property is limited to two adult guests.

The Rose Shop- pet/horse friendly retreat.

Enjoy a quiet and private retreat with a fenced yard and paddock. Bring a pet or even a horse or 2. Easy laneway access to the Wombat State forest provides endless trails to walk or ride your bike/ horse. Conveniently located 90 minutes from Melbourne The Rose Shop is a perfect place to relax. Centrally located near several tourist towns, Daylesford and Creswick are 15 minutes away with Ballarat 25 minutes away.
