Trail Haven Lake House

The Trail Haven Lake House is a two bedroom vacation rental completed in the summer or 2023. It is located in the heart of Northern Maine on Eagle Lake. If you enjoy outdoor sports or just want to get away, reflect and check out the beautiful scenery and wildlife, do remote work, this location has it all. There are several walking/ATV trails that can be accessed from Sly Brook Road. From approximately mid January through early April, snowmobilers have additional trail access across Eagle Lake.

Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.

We offer everything to make you feel at home. We are also pet friendly. Enjoy your own space with private entrance, 1 bedroom (king bed) plus extra sleeping space on a queen pull out sofa. *air mattress and/or inflatable toddler bed also available for extra sleeping (by request)* Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full size washer/dryer. Five minutes to border crossing to Maine, USA (Fort Kent). Close to ski resorts (5 mins) and scenic snowmobile trails.
