This was an absolutely gorgeous property. It was spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The pool and garden are beautiful. This property also felt private while being a short drive to the downtown area with all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Would 100% recommend this property!

At a modest price our expectations were not too high, however the owners’ hospitality and everything about the villa and location were great! The pool was cleaned very often and the grass mown. There was a third villa who we met for only a few hours but were also extremely nice and easy to get along with. There are some great restaurants and a nice strip of bars/restaurants for a good price at the beach which is only a few minutes away. Very impressed! Thank you George!

Amazing stay, exactly as described on the listing. Beautiful view, very clean premises, lots of kitchen utensils, BBQ worked well. We cannot ascribe any faults to this stay, it was 10/10. Perfect for a couple stay.

le logement est de très bonne qualité. la communication avec George a été excellente. la corbeille de fruits à l arrivée est une attention très touchante. la maison est très bien équipée et il y a déjà tout pour bien démarrer. la cuisine d été a été très appréciée. l accès à la villa se fait par une petite route escarpée donc voiture obligatoire. le seul petit bémol est la zone autour qui est en construction, même si rien n a encore démarré, on a eu un peu de bruits de véhicules de chantier mais ce n était pas tous les jours non plus. En conclusion, notre séjour dans la villa de George et Niki était très bien.

La Villa est magnifique, moderne, bien équipée et spacieuse pour un groupe de 8 personnes comme nous l'étions. C'est aussi un endroit très bien tenu par l'hotesse qui prend un soin évident de l'habitation et du terrain avec le désir qu'elle soit dans un état impeccable pour les personnes qui y résident. Crystallenia offre en outre un service attentionné à ses visiteurs qu'elle prend la peine d'accueillir et d'informer sur toutes les commodités du lieu et des alentours. La villa est située à quelques minutes de Gouves et de la plage, mais est suffisament à l'écart pour qu'on y retrouve le calme et la paisibilité. L'endroit est aussi très sécuritaire et l'immense terrain est cloturée et privé et fort agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et les moments passés dans la Villa nous ont permis de cuisiner, de manger en famille et de nous détendre. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir!

Nice hosts and super responsive Nice but not necessary to have a car. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good base for trips around the eastern part of Crete

Our stay at this villa was great for our large group, including two toddlers. Host Nikos welcomed us with a stocked fridge and pantry (milk, water, juice, cereal, bread, pastries), setting the tone for an amazing stay. Nikos was always available through offering exceptional communication, and ready to recommend anything we needed. Convenience is key here, with two bakeries a short 5-minute walk away and a small mini market just 4 minutes on foot. For sightseeing, we used "Private Grouse Drive Sense". Our driver, Panagiotis, provided us with a true white-glove experience – from the luxurious van he drove to his proactive communication, punctuality, and thoughtful recommendations. It truly made our trips comfortable and utterly unforgettable. Panagiotis even helped us with transportation options in Santorini and Athens, making our entire trip exceptionally smooth. Overall, our stay was incredible, and the private driver service elevated our experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Mama La Roosa Villa was a dream. Petros was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing stay in Agia Pelagia. The villa was stunning - it had gorgeous ocean views from every angle, beautiful landscaping, and a modern design with every amenity needed for our trip. The villa felt quiet, private, and safe. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool and backyard dining area so much that we decided to skip the beach! The warm hospitality from Petros is what made the stay - he arranged reservations at the best local restaurants and wineries. We felt that we were able to truly experience Greece thanks to our stay with Petros at Mama La Roosa Villa. We wish we could stay longer and can’t wait to return. Thank you Petros for an unforgettable experience!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property—it was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of five. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the views of the surrounding area were lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city, but still just a short drive to several great beaches. The host, George, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He explained how to use the smart panel to turn on the boiler for hot water when he met us at the property, but we didn’t follow the instructions as closely as we should have the first morning, which caused the water to be cold. The boiler runs for 30 minutes at a time and seems to rely on solar heating, so hot water can be limited if multiple people shower back-to-back. Turning on the boiler in advance and spacing out showers made a big difference. Highly recommend this place!

The villa was excellent! We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in the glorious secluded Cretan mountains. Some things we thought were excellent: -very spacious master bedrooms -excellent pool area, bar and outdoor dining area, including barbecue -incredible views over the sea -great parking -felt very secure Some things we thought could be better: -some minor things broken (like door handles and windows), but we did stay at the end of the season and imagine they will be fixed before the next peak period -slippy floors that could be dangerous when wet -water pressure in the upstairs showers wasn’t great -kitchen is on the small side Also the villa manager Dimitris was very hospitable, responsive and friendly. And there was also a lovely cat that befriended us (we called her Lesley) who we all took a shine to. All in all we really enjoyed our time at Villa Bella Elena and would recommend it highly to large groups or families.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa von Stavros. Herzlich mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen empfangen, konnten wir das tolle Haus und den wunderbaren Pool genießen. Wir bekamen vielen Tipps und hatten jederzeit die Möglichkeit Hilfe zu erbitten. Auch die Umgebung und besonders die freundliche Menschen haben uns sehr gefallen, wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank!!!!

Fantastic villa, we couldnt have asked for more. The house is amazing and immaculate with everything you could need. Elina was the perfect host and went above and beyond and was proactive with extra information and tips. We couldnt have asked for a more welcoming and warm host. 5 star house with a 5 star host. we will be back.

Villa Kymo exceeded our expectations. We had a great time, thanks to Michaela and especially her mother Eva. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday: a large heated pool, a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and a cozy barbecue area where you can spend the evening over dinner. We really want to go back there again.

Wir hatten diese wunderbare Villa für eine Woche mit 6 Personen gemietet. Auch mit 10 Personen hat man hier auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wirklich toll und ich kann hier allen positiven Kommentaren nur zustimmen. Hervorzuheben ist auch nochmal die Freundlichkeit und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber - wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In ca. 15- 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Heraklion und erreicht in der gleichen Zeit auch viele gut bewertete Tavernen/Restaurants in der Nähe. Wer nicht nur in der Villa abhängen will, sondern auch die Insel erkunden möchte, dem sei ein eigenes Auto empfohlen. Die Villa ist doch recht abgelegen, was aber eher positiv ist. Also schöne, ruhige Lage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und viele schöne Erlebnisse auf Kreta. Zu emfpehlen: Do & Sa Markt in Heraklion, die Städte Rethymno & Agios Nikolaos, die Roza Schlucht, die Taverna "Filosofos" in Archanes und "Koukounari" in Athanati.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage. Mit Liebe zum Detail saniert. Traumhafte Aussicht, hervorragende Gastgeber. Tolle Matratzen. Alles schön beleuchtet. Modern in historischen Gemäuern… mit anderen Worten: wer die Möglichkeit hat diese Unterkunft zu buchen, einfach machen - du wirst begeistert sein.

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and as described. The house and the grounds were pristine. Tony and his family were very friendly, accommodating and greeted us early morning for check in. They provided drinks and breakfast for the morning which was fantastic as we were travelling with 2 small boys. Highly recommended and look forward to returning.

מאיפה להתחיל? קודם כל הבית יותר יפה במציאות אפילו . אנחנו היינו 4 אנשים וזה היה תענוג להגיע אליו כל יום . יש חדר כושר ופינה להכין על האש כולל שולחן ענק לכל המשפחה וכמובן הבריכה הענקית שהייתה כיפית ומרגיע ולידה מיטות שיזוף ופינת ישיבה של ספות . אתה מתעורר לצד הטבע עם נוף לים הכי מרגיע בעולם. בנוסף בשטח הבית יש עץ פרי שאפשר לקטוף ולאכול ועץ לימונים ונענע שאנחנו קטפנו והכנו לנו תה עם לימון ונענע כל בוקר על רקע הנוף המהפנט. אנחנו הגענו במזג אוויר קצת קר בערב ולכן כשחזרנו הביתה ונכנסו לבית הבית היה חם וזה הכי כיף להיכנס לבית חם. בנוסף על כך יש מחמם מגבות/בגדים במקלחת בקומה השנייה מה שהיה לנו שימושי מאוד ! הבית מבודד מאחרים וזה למה אנחנו בחרנו בו. שלא יהיה לנו רעש מהשכנים וזה היה החלטה נכונה. אנחנו השכרנו רכב אז הכל היה קרוב לאזור ממליצה לכם להשכיר רכב גם. המארח ענה לכל שאלה שלנו 🙏🏻 ממליצה בחום לקחת את הוילה הזאת , אנחנו נהנו בה בטירוף ואם נטוס שוב לכריתים אנחנו נשכיר אותה שוב בוודאות 🙏🏻

We had an amazing time in Villa Capri. It was absolutely spotless and had everything we could possibly need. We stayed here with 3 of our children and the villa and pool was very well maintained and safe for them. The location was fantastic. You walk out of the villa and straight into the village square, which is beautiful with lovely restaurants, bars and bakeries. Really hope to return one day. Thanks again Jackie, Rae and Jason

Check-in und check-out waren super einfach. Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Einstand gab es ein nettes und leckeres Gastgebergeschenk. Als der Staubsauger kaputt war, hat er ihn abgeholt und ein paar Tage später repariert zurück gebracht. Die Villa liegt etwas erhöht mit Blick auf den Infinity-Pool, den zugehörigen Olivenhain und Malia. Die Aussicht ist herrlich. Man ist einsam (bis auf die Grillen), aber trotzdem innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt, wo es neben mehreren Supermärkten, ganz vielen Restaurants, direkt bei der Kirche einen Bäcker mit leckeren Kuchen und Baguette / Brötchen / Croissants gibt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist schön eingerichtet, mit Dekoration, vielen Bilder und Büchern (auch welchen in Deutsch). Es gibt einen Kicker, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Der Pool ist herrlich, etwa 1,40 m tief (unser Sohn ist 1,44 m groß und konnte auf Zehen stehend den Kopf über Wasser halten. Der Pool ist vielleicht 6 m x 3,50 m groß. Das ist nur geschätzt. Uns hat er gereicht. Schön ist, dass häufig trotz der 30 - 32 Grad Celsius ein leichter Wind ging, so dass es viel Spass gemacht hat, sich im und um den Pool aufzuhalten. Unser Mietauto konnten wir unter einem Johannisbrotbaum auf dem Grundstück parken, so dass es immer im Schatten war. Wir können den Aufenthalt in der Villa Verde sehr empfehlen.

Rien à signaler hormis l’emplacement qui nécessite 40 minutes de route pour arriver en ville. À par cela le logement est idéalement placé et très bien équipé.

Wir hatten eine Traumhafte Zeit. Toller Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern. Man wird mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank und frischen Obst empfangen und bekommt die Unterkunft regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

the view is absolutely amazing. we enjoyed the terrace and the BBQ with sea view. there is also a nice tiny path to go down to the beach within 3min by foot. (10min to go back up). our stay was outside the summer (last October week) so it was maybe not quite as warm but still very enjoyable. the pool was heated for us for a little extra, so we could use it despite the windy weather. the house was absolutely spot clean, and we had a cleaning service in the middle of the week which was very friendly and super efficient. note. the road that climbs the hill to the villa is very steep but very manageable. this seems to be same for pretty much every villa in the neighborhood. during our stay we were in regular contact with Angelika's brother Kostas via whats app. He answered all of our questions within minutes and gave useful tips, which made us feel very well taken care of. we warmly recommend that place!
