Vasilis place was cute and cozy and perfect for our short stay in Thessaloniki. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment is not very close to the center so you do need a car or plan to take taxis. Communication was good, overall a great place to stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The flat offers a beautiful view and is very clean, and the location is great. One thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy if you sleep on the sofa (there were some dance parties in the town), but the bedroom is much quieter. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Άψογο κατάλυμα και design!! Πεντακάθαρο, άμεση επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία! Ευγενικότατη! Ένα μικρό θεματάκι είναι μόνο το παρκάρισμα στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, όμως όλα ξεχνιούνται με γλυκά απ το ζαχαροπλαστείο παρακάτω! 😋😋

We loved our stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood close to many good restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and helped us with booking a taxi to get back to the airport. We would love to come back!

Μπορώ να πω ότι πήγα και ήταν σαν να είμαι σπίτι μου ότι και να χρειάστηκα η κυρία Μαρία μου απαντούσε μέσα σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και ήθελε να είναι σίγουρη ότι όλα ήταν καλά και ήταν πολύ ευγενική το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Δευτερη φορα στον ιδιο χωρο ολα αψογα θα ξαναερθουμε

Πολύ ωραίο το σπίτι δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο και το προτείνω είναι ακριβώς αυτό που βλέπετε στης φωτογραφίες

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Am fost un grup de 8 prieteni și am stat o săptămână. Totul a fost impecabil, gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și chiar ne-a oferit localuri cu mâncare foarte bună și plaje foarte frumoase la care să mergem. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni cu cel mai mare drag. Recomandăm 100%

My girlfriend and me, we spent 4 days at this amazing place. Lena was always available whenver we needed something. I can recommend this house to everybody who loves cats;)

Tout d’abord, la maison est encore plus fantastique sur place que sur les photos. En effet, à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille, de la beauté, mais surtout de la propreté de cette maison. George est un propriétaire exceptionnel. Dommage qu’il soit impossible de laisser plus de 5 étoiles pour notre avis tant il a rendu notre séjour magique. Très gentil et au petit soin pour ses hôtes, il nous a en effet permis de passer d’excellentes vacances dans son pays. Nous rejoignons tous les précédents commentaires qui saluent la gentillesse de George. Quel bonheur d’avoir des gourmandises fraîches le matin ou encore de pouvoir manger de la salade, venant de son potager ou même d’utiliser son véhicule personnel! Nous avons apprécié le calme de la campagne, la magnifique vue de la maison, mais surtout le fait qu’elle soit fonctionnelle. TOUT est fourni, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci encore à George. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur !

Ένα όμορφο και φιλικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά γειτονιάς. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που επιτρέπει την εύκολη μετάβαση σε κάθε σημείο της πόλης! Ο Αλέξανδρος, ο οικοδεσπότης, εξαιρετικός, ευγενής και ευχάριστος στη συζήτηση! Για ένα ή δύο άτομα αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!

πολύ καλή διαμονή, άριστα εξοπλισμένο κ πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.

The apartment was better than pictures in my opinion, also it had a restaurant just around the corner making it an even better experience. The car garage was amazing and i felt at ease my car was in a safe spot during my vacation. Also Katerina was an incredible host, she was very instructive and made it clear step by step in order to not get confused or anything, also was very welcoming and immediately responded to any question i had. Definitely an amazing experience!
