Great stay! Beautiful spot. Excellent location for outdoor fun, restaurants!

I was in town for work. But if I was there for the snowboarding, it would have been great. There’s a bus stop for the free Steamboat transit right out the front door. This place is larger than I expected it to be. Almost everything you need is in the unit. I make work trips to Steamboat often and will be staying again.

Great location near the ski resort and excellent amenities (hot tub, pool - over the parking lot but not a big deal to access). Place was clean and well-furnished. We would stay again!

Great location for skiing. In general really clean apartment and the kitchen had everything that you need to cook.

Took a chance on this airbnb with only 2 reviews and we are so glad we did! The area is lovely, the space was immaculate, well decorated, and had many amenities that we enjoyed including provided soaps, lotions, cooking supplies, coffee, and more. We curled up in front of the fire place each night we stayed which we absolutely loved. What really sold us on this place though is how close it was to the Steamboat gondola. You can take the shuttle which is quite literally a stones throw from the unit, but we just walked through "Mountain Sneak" across the street from the unit. Being able to walk to the slopes was incredibly convenient. The only thing I will say to be careful of is that if parking your car in the provided garage, be very careful as it is very narrow. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back with friends later this year!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, the house was super cozy and very clean. Me and my friends stayed here for skiing and it was a really convenient distance from the parking lot to the lifts! Would absolutely recommend!

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

We enjoyed our stay!! This home was within walking distance to all the fun bars and restaurants downtown. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to a bus stop that takes you to the Gondola! We felt very at home here.

Tom was the best host I have ever experienced with Airbnb. He was accommodating above and beyond and so, very kind. Every question was answered quickly and with thoughtfulness. The home was beautiful and it was obvious that a lot of time and care has gone into creating a cozy, beautiful, well appointed home. We could have not asked for anything more. Thank you Tom for your hospitality!!!

We had two families with kids. The four bedrooms with super comfy beds and four bathrooms with soft towels and lots of hot water worked great for all of us. The big couch in the living room was very nice and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of Pyrex bakeware, pots and pans. We read the reviews that the upper and lowest floors can be cooler and brought some extra blankets and we all slept great.

the space was perfect for hosting 3 couples. if we had a 4th couple, sleeping would have been great but other aspects would have been tight (hot tub, living room seating, etc). location was awesome. the VIP shuttle and mountain locker were huge parks that we took full advantage of. highly recommend

Great location — 5 min from ski drop off and pick up — comfy beds, and good communication. I was surprised to find that they had no kettle! But they responded to me right away, which was nice. Other reviews are correct when they say the kitchen is tiny. But they seem to have supplemented their pots and pans (there is now a strainer for pasta), and coffee (and chocolate) are provided.

Our group of seven women had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-equipped home in Steamboat Springs. The house was comfortable, including the sofa bed, and provided plenty of room to both relax individually and gather together. The patio and riverside hot tub were beautiful highlights, and the shuttle service made getting around effortless—we didn’t need to drive all weekend. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Highly recommend this property, and we’d love to return next year!

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving. The location was perfect. The staff were terrific. Make this a top choice for your extended family get together. We will be back.

This was such a fun a quirky house! We had plenty of room for the 8 of us and it felt so cozy! The huge dining table was perfect for playing games! The neighborhood is quiet and tucked in right outside of the city. Easy drive to the resort and all the restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!

Our friend group really enjoyed the stay! What a fun house, especially the game room. Both real and gas fire places were an excellent touch. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of parking! It was also very easy to walk downtown. We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at Grey and my wife, our two kids and their families all loved their spaces and the comfortable kitchen, dining and common living space. The shuttle is a block away and runs every 15 minutes. If the stars align, we’ll be back. It was perfect for our family of 8.

This home was perfect for a mountain stay. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, with great surroundings in a walkable area. The home was well stocked and very nicely decorated. Great place for a family or adult getaway. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!

We have done many mountain stay weekends and this stay was the best by far. Convenient location, beautiful home and amenities and great space for a group. Would love to rent again!
