Our Rest apartment consists of a kitchen,living room,two bedrooms,bathroom and terrace. The apartment is fully equipped for a long stay. Free Wifi and parking space. Possibility to leave your bike or motorcycle in the garage. We also offer covered parking spaces. It’s located 700 meters from the city center in a very quiet environment. There is a supermarket, bakery and restaurant nearby. Guests can use the tennis court for free and the public indoor swimming pool nearby for an additional fee.

MARETA II - Waterfront

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

We are the perfect starting point for all your adventures if you are planning an active vacation because with us you can hire a guide for hiking tours, sightseeing and visiting places hidden in the heart of our village, as well as book rafting or canyoning in season. 15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Great place to stay and rest. Best place in Niksic, just 10 min from center of city and 1 min walk from forested hill (fresh air and good for walk) . Flat is on the second floor of house. It has nice garden and it's quite and peaceful place. There is market and restaurant very near from house (5 min walking distance)
