We had a great time at this Airbnb. Kerri was very responsive and proactively notified us that it would be ready for check-in earlier than listed. The place was clean, and matched the pics. It's not a big property but it is as described. We had a guest count of 4 people and it worked out well. It's walkable to great restaurants and the beach. The view of the rear of the residence to the water is very nice when it is high-tide. When it is low-tide, you're basically looking at somewhat of a mud bog. Can't access the water from the back of the residence but we weren't planning to anyway. All-in-all very nice place to stay in Hull!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex's place and highly recommend it! - Spacious, clean, well-maintained 2nd floor unit. Appreciated the balconies with view of water, bonus room with workspace, daybed and cozy electric fireplace, new full bath with nice washer/dryer, large TV, and plenty of parking for 2+ vehicles. - Family & pet friendly. - Safe, pleasant neighborhood with a local feel. Close to the beach sidewalk that stretched for miles from Winthrop Beach to Deer Island–great for scenic walks, scootering, dog walking, and beach combing. Playgrounds, parks and restaurants within walking distance. - Minor notes: Located near the airport flyover route, although we weren't bothered by the air traffic noise–it was more like the sound of the waves that came and went. We never heard the 1st floor guests and had separate entrances. - Excellent communication with the host.

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

It was the perfect location for us! Comfortable, clean and short walking distance to the beach. Comfortable beds and linens. Bright and sunlit kitchen and dining room , comfortable living room and sofa bed. Multiple heating cooling zones. Easy access and parking, nice front yard for our dog. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful, responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

We are a family of 3, travelling to Boston Marathon. We had an awesome experience staying at Cathy's place in Hull, we loved the house! We will recommend it to everyone we know back home in Sweden, and truly hope to be back one day.

Staying here was a wonderful way to start off our trip to Boston. It was a close distance to the city but still peaceful with a nearby beach for walking. The view was great and overall it was a great value!

This house was in a great location. It was very peaceful. The neighbors were friendly. The area was very nice and the people were nice. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for the pool for the kids (which was open, some recent reviews said it had been closed) and the beach access. Rooms seem new and it was quiet. You can find free parking right in front or pretty close around the beach.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The hotel was very nice. It was clean, decorated nicely, looked recently updated and right across the street from the beach. We went off season so not a lot going in the area but there were a few restaurants that we went to close by. I would recommend staying there and it was a little over an hour away from Logan airport.

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Callie’s place was amazing! Our favorite part was the view of the water…it was so beautiful. The whole place was so clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would love to visit again sometime!

We had a fabulous stay in Edward’s apartment - we saw some stunning sunrises! The area felt very safe and was within a short walk to the T (train/subway) to get into Boston. We were there for the Boston Marathon and getting into Boston and back again on public transport was very straightforward. Edward went out of his way to help us and we are very grateful to him. It was lovely to come back to amazing views after a busy day sightseeing (or running!!). Thank you for hosting us!

This was my second visit to Kathleen's beautiful apartment which is located in a walkable South Boston neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, everything works, it's equipped with everything you could need for a short stay, and has lots of thoughtful extras. Kathleen is very responsive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

I can’t rave enough about how wonderful our stay was. Casie was absolutely great. She made sure our stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. The location is amazing. There are restaurants and the beach that are walking distance. Winthrop is a true gem! We are looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Saber was the best host. We had a last-minute booking and Saber made sure my family was happy and comfortable. I give the highest recommendation to Saber and his Revere location for anyone looking for a great stay in the Boston area.

This was a beautiful bnb right by the water. There were so many local food spots to eat at as well. The place was very clean and cozy, the perfect place to stay away from the city but close enough to get to and from without issue. I would definitely stay here again, thank you for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful home!
