Visiting Boston for a wedding and the location and home was perfect for our needs! Highly recommend this home!

Bryan was a fantastic host and his home was great and fit all our needs. The pictures posted are accurate (although I’d say the place looks better in person). For the price, you can’t beat the location and all the room!! I was able to bring my pups which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this home if you have any Boston/Salem trips coming up. It was about 10-20 min into Boston (depending on where you are going) and 30 min to Salem. Both easy drives. House is older and has some normal wear/tear but it was very clean and had a ton of great amenities included! The game room was awesome. We will be back in the future.

Richard was a great host! Had family members in for the holidays and couldn’t fit them all at my house Richard’s house was perfect for the two families, 4 adults 4 kids. The kids had a blast and everyone loved the holiday decor. Richard provided snacks and had the fridge stocked with water bottles, very accommodating! Definitely will rebook. Mary

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Excellent lugar , viaje con mi equipo de trabajo y la casa está muy bien para un buen grupo de personas grande , todo limpio ordenado muy cómodo es como sentirse en casa y el parqueo muy amplio tiene buen acceso a carretera principales , el ambiente es súper tranquilo algo que me pareció espectacular y sin duda volvería a elegirlo en mi próximo proyecto por el área . La persona encargada muy atenta y resolvió cualquier duda sobre la casa .

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Fatima's place was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of space we had for a large group. The transit nearby was down but they still had busses to accommodate. Definitely an amazing value for what we paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a bachelor party or any large group outing. We couldn't have had a better time!

Great location near Ferry to go to and from Boston without being stuck in traffic. Quiet, secluded. Lots of rooms to sleep. A toddler/baby crib perfect for our family. Lots of TVs to use. Easy access to local family-friendly restaurants. Nearby to World's End and a short drive to Plymouth, MA. Overall would recommend.

The place of Shwan, is really very nice an spacious. We stead here because of the Marathon and could easily go to the city centery by public transport. With the 3 of us, the place was great with 3 proper bedrooms and and 1 nice bathroom. Also the living and kitchen were well equipped and spacious. Planes are flying closely over the premise, but only during day times, so was not an issue for us. Great appreciation for the late check-out we could use to leave our luggage.

Jimmy was so helpful and clear with all information on how to get there, where everything was, and how to get in. Communication was fast and specific. I got to meet him and just loved that him and his family were close just incase we needed anything. The place was so clean and comfortable which was perfect for my 3 friends and I. The area was beautiful and everything was walkable for restaurants and bars around the area. It was rainy on our longest stay and we still had a great time. It was a home away from home and we are so grateful to find it and with a good price.

We were extremely satisfied with Jurak’s place. We were thankful for timely responses and the flexibility to use entryway space for our luggage as we had many hours in the city without a place for our luggage. Three very comfortable beds with great linens. Lots of comfortable space for three friends to catch up and have access to the city. We would definitely come to this space again!

Just a 3-minute walk from Maverick train station, this cozy apartment was perfectly located for our trip to Boston to run the Marathon. It offers easy access to the airport, downtown, and the convention center. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are nearby. Very quiet and private. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Boston!

This is an authentic Cambridge home that has been owned by the host's family for multiple generations. Kevin is accommodating, and he generously left some snacks and drinks in the full kitchen for us. Well-stocked kitchen was super convenient for eating breakfasts. Note: there are significant stairs to get into the unit. Once there it's quite spacious. And I love the operable bathroom window. :) Thanks for a lovely stay in a convenient, walkable neighborhood!

Great place for a family with four kids. Easy access to transit.

What a fantastic spot in a great area. Kevin couldn't have been a better host, so good on communication. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, very spacious with every amenity provided. The area of Allston is beautiful, clean and safe, two big grocery shops close by, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close aswell. Train station is only 10 minute walk, make sure and check the times of these as not as frequent as the T as this is a commuter rail. There are plenty of bus options aswell that will get you to downtown. All in all one of the nicest places I've stayed and really made our trip to Boston perfect 👌. Thanks for everything Kevin.

My family, including two young kids, found everything we needed here. We appreciated the kids' books and toys, snacks, etc. Joseph was very easy to communicate with and we felt right at home. Great to having on-site parking. It is a bit noisy because of the airplanes, but the kids had sound machines and were fine. Keep in mind that it's a bit of a drive if you want to do anything in Boston, although the nearby T is probably great for those with older kids. Overall a great stay and we would visit again!

The spot was super clean and had everything you needed, the location of it was great, and Griffin was a responsive and helpful host.

This Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is perfect, you can walk basically anywhere, metro around the corner. The apartment standard are crazy high, probably one of the best Airbnb we’ve been to.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

Loved our time in Boston. The place was perfect. Great location, very comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Philip was very responsive. We loved the area! Very walkable with lots of amazing restaurants, shops and coffee options.

Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.

Jake and Isabella were very generous with their offer of help, if I needed it. The apartment was exactly as described and was a great base for our 3 days in Boston. The Maverick T station was within walking distance and we got everywhere we needed to go from there.
