We had a lovely few nights stay at Penny’s. The neighbour hood was quiet and the third floor room felt like being among the trees. Penny was great in providing recommendations and made us feel right at home. The availability of washer dryer was greatly appreciated as was the breakfast provided. Would highly recommend penny’s place.

Me and our family stayed at Michelle's place for 3 nights and her home did not disappoint. Exactly as pictured, easy to find, flexible check in and we have everything we need and more! Great space for our family to relax. Rooms were nice, great kitchen to cook in and bathrooms were wonderful. Very walkable with great restaurants and shopping in town. Easy transportation to downtown Boston, did not have to drive.

Fabulous place. Clean, quiet, stylish, and well set-up. Awesome gas stove, new washer and dryer for your own use in your own basement, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, all makes for nice division of space. Great location: around the corner from a supermarket, two blocks from a bus stop to go to Harvard yard in less than 10 minutes. Johnny has all the details covered and provides an easy to use orientation sheet with all pertinent info: wifi set-up, recycling, etc. Leave your iron at home--the place has a great one.

Sarah Jane’s place was comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was labeled with a cute little chalkboard tag to note that it was clean. Even extra blankets that were set out around the house. There was an abundance of extra towels, and little details throughout to make our stay comfortable. My kids especially enjoyed the snacks in the kitchen! Her place is convenient to getting into Boston and for us it was a great location for visiting family who live nearby.

Great place to stay! Paul and Michelle were great host. The place was very clean and nice. They were very responsible to any issue. The place is what we expected as in the photos. If we ever in the area again and the place is available would stay, great great place would recommend!

The Airbnb has an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the area. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room is not only very clean but also quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.

This spacious home is in an absolutely phenomenal location in downtown Cohasset. Walk to everything. The host is incredibly responsive and did a great job making our stay one to remember. Our family of 5 enjoyed every minute we were there.

Ingrid was a great host and made my stay so much easier. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. I was attending a conference and unable to take advantage of the breakfast but she still prepared something, just in case. I liked all of the small personal attentions that just made me feel right at home.

Very nice place for stay and enjoy Boston. From doors to downtown approximately 20-25 minutes by orange line. House is located in very clean nice and safe area. Communication with host perfect! Only minus is shared bathroom/toilet for 3 rooms - even was perfect clean. Kitchen full equipped and common space very convenient for socializing. Recommend!

This is a fantastic spot. Very quiet inside and out. Seems like a new property for the owners and so its in the process of getting better. That being said, there was nothing out of place. VERY clean. Great location for coffee, lunch, dinner or just relaxing since it is across from the Arnold Arboretum. If you want to cook there and home it up, its not ready for that. Stove and dishes and pans all immaculate but not a lot of counter space yet. Beds were VERY comfortable and great linens. I told the owner that I've be back and I meant it. Close to the city yet in a very quiet and relaxing place. Thank you Leigh for making our weekend so wonderful.

I stayed with Linda during the holidays. Her home was comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen privileges and overall use of the home and its amenities were much appreciated. Instructions while at the house were thoughtfully provided and Linda was always available or giving you “your space” when staying with her. Internet/wifi easy to access, and paper and bath products were readily available. I would recommend Linda as a knowledgeable host about her town and its amenities. Will definitely stay with her again when traveling.

Celia’s loft room is lovely - spotless, well designed, and you even have your own bathroom with shower! Ceilings are indeed low and you have to climb flights to the loft, but as an average-sized woman without any mobility problems I had no issues whatsoever. Coordinating with Celia to get the key was very easy. Wish I could have stayed longer!

My family spent several months at this wonderful townhouse. Sonny was responsive and kind with all of our questions and requests . My family of four had plenty of room to hang or spend time alone. Kitchen and restrooms had ample necessities .

This is the most delightful place to stay if you are visiting the Salem area. The unit was VERY spacious and immaculate, and the host responsive to any questions. It’s an easy walk or bicycle ride to all of the Salem points of interesting downtown — maybe a mile and half. By car, the historic district with the Customs House and the House of Seven Gables is only about 10 minutes. Great seafood restaurant there. This was my best AirBNB experience yet. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had an enjoyable stay and Edna was a wonderful host! The location served our purpose of a good proximity to Salem and Boston and was a perfect fit for 6 women on our girls trip!

My family and I stayed at Ken and Amy’s place for a long term rental (one month). Great location to major highways and lots of restaurants and takeout options near by. The space was clean and comfortable! Ken and Amy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable - very well appointed - with a very nice host. I had some unusual circumstances for my stay, and Milan was extremely courteous, responsive and friendly. The furnishings were beautiful and there was plenty of space in the condo. I noticed the thoughtful touches like the high chair, children's plates, dog bed and bowl, etc. It seems like every detail has really been well thought out.

Great host, great house, would definitely stay again. The beds are comfy, the shower feels luxurious. Anda was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Our stay at Steven’s apartment was great—easily walkable to all attractions, clean, well appointed, and much more spacious than I expected from the photos. Parking and check in were easy, and we would gladly look to stay again next time we’re in the area
