Angela's place was a wonderful warm and welcoming place for our family to stay over Easter. The sunsets over the water and into the living room were divine! we really loved hanging in the living room and on the front deck watching the birds and boats and listening to the gentle waves. the kitchen was well-equipped for a large group and we enjoyed cooking there. The house had a lovely family feel with extra touches like linen doonas and throws and fresh flowers in vases. there are interesting walks and lookouts and good coffee near by!

Lovely house in a quiet area, a close drive from Coles Bay ‘town centre’ and Freycinet National Park. House was spacious for a family of five and nicely furnished. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only things lacking (no criticism as they were not advertised as being available) are a dryer, wifi and a smart tv. Would be a perfect stay with these but, regardless, a lovely spot to stay.

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay at Lesley House. Plenty of space, comfy beds, great view of the mountain from the deck. We were so happy to see platypus at the nearby Rivulet. We would definitely stay again.

My partner, 5 month old, and I had a wonderful stay at Amanda and Tom’s place. Beautiful views, centrally located, and plenty of cafes, bars, and Hobart central all near by.

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2025 and had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed after coming from a few nights camping with minimal facilities. Even though it is on the main road, we didn't hear much noise at all. Would be happy to return.

Beautiful place to accommodate the whole family. Lots of things to do inhome and was well equipt to simply relax onsite. Host was lovely and easy to communicate with, easy check in and out process. Felt like home.

This place is simply gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful finishings, amazing location, everything comfy and luxe. And the light in this building! Stunning! We spent our afternoons relaxing here. Really close to cafes and bars, but quiet as well. Thanks so much for having us - would stay again in a heartbeat!

Dale's apartment was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Launceston. The location was fantastic, surrounded by lots of great cafes, wine bars and restaurants with the entire CBD walkable in less than 15 minutes. The place itself was generous in size and very comfortable, even without heating on you could tell it was well insulated and had a lot of great storage making our stay very comfortable. The other big plus was the big lock up garage, we had a Suzuki Vitara and it fit easily, even though there was a car park near by it was nice to know we had a secure park. There was really nothing to fault, we had a great long weekend.

An unassuming black door leads you up the stairs (*no elevator) to Apartment 3. Upon entry, the living room was well lit with a nice bay window to view the shops and street below. Through a long hallway with super high ceilings there are 2 large spacious bdrms (1 king + 1 queen). Super comfy mattress, pillows and duvet. Plenty of heating for the apt. The bathroom is practical, although not a lot of bench space + shower head needs repair (*owner notified). Kitchen had an interesting setup which allowed for an open concept to the alfresco outdoors and voila a bar. There is no dining area, the peninsula is the eating space unless weather is nice, then have your meals outside. Kitchen and Bathrooms are well equipped, complete with commodities for use. Good wifi + smart tv. We stayed 1 nite and it was noisy, lots of hooning and lots of cars just going nuts. It is located at the city centre so its as predicted for fri nite public holiday - no issues for us. Thanks for early/late checks ins.

We loved Jane's place! This is the 5th year in a row we have been to Launceston and Jane's place is by far the best. Jane thought of so many things that made our stay so easy. Her place had the most amazing back deck & view over Launceston and is really close to Cataract Gorge & restaurants. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone. Thank-you Jane

My family and I loved staying at Jo's place. Lots of space in the apartment and an amazing assortment of toys, books and craft supplies. There was a generous supply of breakfast foods and basic essentials which we really appreciated. Gorgeous view and very adorable bunnies.

Rose is a fabulous host, her apartment was exactly as the photos show, very comfortable and cosy and welcoming. A quick drive across the bridge to the CBD, and the esplanade a 1 minute walk to enjoy the beautiful bay and walking track. A gourmet IGA and Woolworths close by for supplies. We arrived late and Rose supplied milk , bread and other staples to start our holiday, and some lovely champagne to celebrate our daughter’s wedding weekend - very thoughtful.❤️ Kitchen was extremely well equipped, bed and shower fantastic. The weather was kind during our visit , but heating would be very cosy if it had been cold. Rose answered any queries very promptly. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend. The stay was exactly what we wanted, cosy apartment for two with a bedroom each. The kitchen was everything we needed and extremely functional. The passcode entry was perfect as we didn’t need to worry about forgetting keys or making sure someone was always there when the other was out. Jodi and Lindsay were extremely responsive and conversations always felt personal as they were invested in why we travelled to Tasmania.

AirBnB cancelled my reservation and Kasey was amazing and so helpful in allowing me to re book the accommodation. The space was nice and modern and with in walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars

Really enjoyed our stay, we should have stayed longer. The absolute best location to access all Salamanca Place has to offer. The market, restaurants and local attractions like MONA via the ferry are a must do.

What a fabulous stay. Right next to the beach, easy walking for a coffee or dinner. Close to everything. The unit is decorated in a lovely vibe. Beds very comfortable. The touches in the fridge were so welcomed as we arrived late. Highly recommend and would stay again!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed having the washing machine and dryer. Good beds and decent light in the bedroom - always a big plus. Also handy having secure underground parking. Would happily stay here again.

Lace House was amazing we felt right at home. Beautiful views from the kitchen and balcony! The host Jacqui was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which made our holiday with kids much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was included. Great place and will be sure to recommend to others.

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

Choice of restaurants were within walking distance, lovely walks by the river, great location. The unit was spacious, had everything we needed and more. We were able to relax and enjoy Launceston. Thank you so much for hosting us, we would love to return.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝
