Such a special place. Our family loved staying here. The beds were very comfortable and warm. Everything was very clean. Great outdoor fire with bbq plate. The indoor fire was super. Got the place warm in the cold mornings in no time. Kitchen very well equipped and organised. Plenty of storage space. Thank you so much Renee. Would love to stay again.

We had a great time at Beryl’s. It had everything we needed, it’s very close to the beautiful quiet beach and it has a nice deck to enjoy the sea breeze.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place. The house is amazing with great beach access. The views from the top deck were fantastic - we saw whales offshore nearly every day! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and our spoodle. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Lady Agnes Beach House was beautiful and relaxing. In addition to being treated to homelike hospitality, with everything you need to enjoy a beautiful holiday, the location is breathtaking. We were comfortable and enjoyed both the house and exploring the area. We highly recommend Lady Agnes Beach House!

James is a great host, we loved the house it was everything we hoped for quiet, roomy, clean and beautiful views of the water at 1770. We are very happy that we stayed here and will definitely come back again.

Amazing house great location all round god stay

We travelled to Agnes with our friends, and Chrissy’s house accommodated our group perfectly. The house is spacious, and we found everything we needed for the comfortable stay: the barbecue and spacious outside lounge area complete with plenty of room to exercise the dog. The house is conveniently situated within a short drive from the Main Beach and shopping precincts and is only 10 minute walk to the beautiful off the leash beach. The washer with a quick cycle and a dryer complete with washing powder and surf bucket made the daily washing tasks a breeze. Dolphin Dreamin’ could benefit from an aircon in the downstairs room and another shower but it certainly hasn’t spoilt our impression of the place as the youngsters had a whale of a time showering in the outdoor shower to wash the fun packed day on the beach off. We would certainly be back again. Thank you Dolphin Dreamin! :)

What a great find; close to Agnes Waters but a nice rural setting. Quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated and v comfortable with lots of extras thrown in - toiletries, food basics, books, games, jigsaws, access to wifi connection, Netflix... Two v welcoming and pleasant hosts in Vicky & Daren, plus the most amazingly welcoming dogs - can’t fault it. A very relaxing stay!

This place was very comfortable and quiet, private territory and not far to the beach and river. Pool is lovely. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment as well as complimentary herbs and spices etc and so on. Thank you Jey.

We had a fantastic stay at Kieran’s place. The space was ideal for our kids, and we enjoyed a beautiful view from the balcony where we had breakfast each morning. The pool was just the right size for the kids to splash around in, and the house is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and local shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Great place close to the world class beaches. Exceptional provision of all the things needed to make the travel comfortable. Everything was first class and helped us to understand the true beauty of the area. She was kind and friendly when we communicated with her. Highly recommend!

Love the chunky wooden furniture , everything on-site the you need, can be locked up like Fort Knox if you need it. Hoping to return an a few days. All is as described and photographed

Absolutely loved our stay in Agnes Water. House is terrific, large and spacious with a great backyard that our three kids loved (5, 7, 9). Easy 5 mins walk to shops (including cafes and restaurants) and 10 mins to main beach. Even had kangaroos out the front multiple times. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice owners who immediately responded when we needed help with lighting the oven.. I've built and lived in a house in NZ with a wind generator offgrid system and I think some detailed instruction on the solar electric system in this house would be welcome. This is our 4th trip to Curtis and the first time we didn't camp out. Very nice interior, good kitchen, comfy beds. Didn't watch TV but they have a large one in the living room. Good water pressure and lovely neighbors.

Great location, great house, everything you need for a beach holiday. Host was super responsive. Just a heads up there is only aircon in the living area and fans in bedrooms so if you like sleeping with aircon this might not be for you. If you love an ocean breeze and neat and tidy beach house this is perfect.
