Our house is located in a secluded city area, only a two kilometers from the middle of Rovinj, where relax and quiet are the keywords. The house is nestled in a large garden, thus offering complete privacy. Moreover, at a distance of only 200 meters, you will enjoy a view of the sea in all its beauty.

Casa Luce, Inimate Getaway in Nature

Casa Luce is an isolated retreat with a private yard and pool. Unwind away from noise and prying eyes in the heart of Istria, surrounded by peace, nature, and greenery. Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Enjoy this romantic place and watch the sunset with seagulls flying over the sky.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.

This small and lovely studio apartment is equipped with double bed, kitchen, dining table, coffee table with two small sofas, TV, bathroom and a terrace. Behind the house there is a garden where you can relax or make a barbeque with friends or family. Be aware that when you are in the nature you can also be a meal for mosquitos. 😊 So make sure to use a repellent. Last but not least, free parking is in front of the house.

With its form of a traditional Istrian rural villa and all the conveniences of the modern day, La Finka will enchant you in its serene natural surroundings and offer your family a holiday to remember. Situated in the middle of the Istrian peninsula, between the historical towns of Motovun and Pazin, and a mere 30 min ride from the beach, it's central location allows you to make each day of your holiday unique and special.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Generously bestowed with delightful features, this photogenic house is a testament to the artistic talents of its local owner. Downstairs, the scene is set by terracotta brick flooring, open faced stone walls and original wooden beams, Crisp white armchairs and interesting decorative touches adorn the living area with a contemporary kitchen to one side and a modern bathroom opposite.

Villa Dora is situated in a cozy and quiet area in the north-west part of the region of Istria. Villa Dora is a traditional stone house, newly renovated and furnished with modern furniture. A surface is 165 sqm on three levels, with a private pool and a sea view from the 1st and 2nd floor. Check in on Saturdays in June, July and August.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
