Blue Mill Lodge is perfectly situated in a quiet location but only a short walk into the town centre., It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is also well set up for dogs, and our wee dog had a great time too. A highlight was watching the black cockatoos from the deck.

This was hands down the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in! The River Road Farmhouse is absolutely perfect – every detail has been so thoughtfully considered, from the cozy interiors to the incredible garden and outdoor spaces. I’m honestly still in awe of the whole experience. Wendy and her partner have created something really special here – and I’m amazed that they manage it all themselves! The garden was such a bonus – we picked so many fresh veggies during our stay, and even spotted fish in the pond. The outdoor fire pit surrounded by lush plants made our evenings magical. We had the perfect weekend. The weather certainly helped but it was perfected by our stay at Mt Ophir Gatehouse. A wonderful, homely property close to Rutherglen in a peaceful location. The only sounds were the myriad of small birds and the local cows. Communication was excellent with the host Amy. We had some homemade granola and some basic supplies on arrival. The property was spacious, stylish and suited our group of 3 couples with well proportioned bedrooms, two with ensuites. Would love to come back with some girlfriends!

We stayed with our big family for a wedding and loved all the nooks and crannies to hide away from the noise if we needed along with the table big enough to fit us all around for family meals. We thouroughly enjoyed our time!

Gorgeous place, great location, breathtaking views, quiet, squeaking clean, beautifully appointed with attention to detail and the advertised photos won't do justice to how good this place is. A beautiful location, a short walk or ride from the bustle of town and a dream location for Mountain biking just a 1 min ride to the entrance of Mystic. The house is set up for families and mountain bikes , with lockable storage, cleaning facilities and a repair stand. It was a privilege to stay there. Glen was awesome to deal with and flexible about check in.

We had a lovely stay! The place is quaint and charming—perfect after a long drive from Melbourne. We felt we had a taste of how classy Beechworth is—peaceful, elegant, and full of character. It’s a bit of a splurge, but absolutely worth it for the comfort and luxury. I’ve stayed in more expensive places, but this one truly felt worthwhile. We had a restful night and would definitely stay again.

My partner and I absolutely loved staying at Stephanie’s place. It was perfectly styled and extremely clean, with lots of natural lighting and a cosy wood heater. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main shops and walking tracks. It was nice to sit on the deck in the mornings and hear the kids playing in the park over the fence. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway (best for couples that are very close, as the bathroom is only separated from the bedroom and rest of the studio by a partition that doesn’t reach the ceiling, not the usual wall and lockable door, so there’s limited privacy in this aspect). We will definitely be back at Stephanie’s studio next time we find ourselves in Bright!

We loved our stay. It is a beautiful, peaceful spot and excellent location. The apartment is extremely spacious, clean and well appointed. Emma is an excellent host and provided all the information we needed about the property and things to do in Bright. We hope to be back next year!

The Shearer's is a lovely, relaxing and peaceful place to have a few days to rest and recuperate. We enjoyed having a peaceful spot to relax after day trips to the surrounding towns. Michael was very helpful and the children enjoyed having a fire to toast marshmallows. We highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Peak 202 over Easter for a family wedding—John was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Just steps from the village and Chamois ski run, the location couldn’t be better. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the space was warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Our family felt completely at home with three spacious bedrooms, a spa bath, drying room, full laundry, and a great kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher. The gas fireplace, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and heated balcony with BBQ made it extra cozy and convenient. Keyless entry and thoughtful extras like games and a secure parking space really stood out. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. Thanks, John, for a memorable and seamless stay—we’ll definitely return to Peak 202!

Very cool and cosy space. Would definitely stay again. Walking into Beechworth very easy (downhill). Coming back either good exercise or cheap with Indigo taxi's. Outdoor space wasn't private as there are other people who could see you - but there was no one around so felt private :) Extra handy to not have to use our own Netflix account and remember how to sign in and out etc. It's a small thing but just made our evening more relaxing, so thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Lynton’s place! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. This place was truly exceptional! From the breathtaking views and friendly wildlife to the stunning open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The location is perfect, with the town just a short walk away, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, the Mystic MTB Park is only 2km down the road, making it an ideal spot for mountain biking enthusiasts. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Have stayed here before and we were extremely happy, will be returning! Located on a private property with a great walk behind the villa. Very private, didn't see the host or other guests even though they were around. Check in/out was easy. The place was very well designed and fitted out. Personal touches like a gift voucher to a local restaurant and thoughtful ammenities topped off a great facility and location. Highly recommended.

It’s the second time we have stayed here, we loved it so much the first time! It’s peaceful, relaxing, cosy, has everything you need and close to everything you want. Host is helpful and responds promptly. Not sure we’d stay anywhere else☺️
