Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. "Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Lake Front Cabin

Our 1 Bedroom Cabin is over the water on Lake Claiborne. Very Clean swimming area with great views of the lake. Boat ramp and dock for guest use. Can sleep up to 7 with ease. Easy to access the cabin for people who have trouble with steps. There is only one step up from ground level into the cabin.

Cozy Get-Away in Texarkana

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Has a coffee station, air fryer/oven, and cooking utensils for staying at home, or close to downtown Texarkana for eating out in some good restaurants. Close to the airport, enjoy exercise, jogging or walking at Jefferson Park or Bobby Ferguson park
