Ten minutes from two Rivers, Indian River and the St Lawrence. Twenty minutes from Black Lake and just minutes from several local Lakes. Butterfield, Clear, Lake of the Woods, Millsite are just a few. We have U shaped driveway easy in and out for your boat. Ten minutes from Alexandria Bay and Twenty five minutes from Watertown.

You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Unplug and unwind at our rustic, peaceful and private cabin. It sits on a steep cliff overlooking Butterfield Lake. Bring your boat. Shared dock. Boat launch near. This sprawling, majestic home situated on a private point boasts spectacular water views and unbelievable sunsets. The whole family or group of friends will have plenty of space to come together as a group or spread out and enjoy quiet time across 4 buildings: Main Home, Bunkie, Hot Tub House & Gazebo. Our wifi is Starlink and reaches across all outbuildings! Note the entrance is monitored by a security camera. Extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties.

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.
