My family and I had a fantastic stay at Nissia apartments. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff at the beach bar and restaurant (shout out to Anna, Costas and Theoni) were so lovely and really made our stay very special. Would highly recommend. such a cool place/ right at the beach but also an amazing pool area. the rooms were spacious and a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. THE CUTEST cats and a dog! we had an amazing time and fell in love with santorini. will definitely come back to this airbnb!

L’hôte et les personnels étaient très sympathiques souriant et très gentil ! C’est notre 2e fois. On avait payer pour 3personnes car une autre ami s’est décidée a la dernière minute il nous a trouver une autre chambre et rajouter un lit en plus et nous a pas facturer ! On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Superb apartment, so clean and quiet and Spyros lived up to all the previous reviews in being so attentive, friendly and nothing was ever a problem (not that we needed anything) - the village is fantastic and Santorini lived up to all the hype - will definitely be back!

This is a home away from home. You felt like you were welcomed into their family. It was so calming from moment one, literally from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off. Anything we needed they were helpful. They knew everyone on the island. So it felt like we didn't need to do anything but lift an arm to eat the delicious food and drink. Every restaurant and beach club was within walking distance. It also isn't far from town centre. Given the smaller size of the property too, you can tell that they are particular about who stays there, and put their guests experience as a top priority. Next time I am in Mykonos, there is literally no other place I will stay.

The property was well maintained & with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive and helped us out inspite of getting majorly delayed with our check-in, on account of the weather. We went in the offseason, so most restaurants were closed. Otherwise the location is close to the sunset point and quite central to the Caldera view. Overall a great stay at the property.

Pleasant, clean, organized, and peaceful environment. The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well, and the third bed was in an adjacent room that wasn’t sufficiently cooled by the air conditioning. The host was extremely attentive and competent. Good location and value for money.

Wir waren im September in den Kavos Studios und mehr als begeistert! Von Beginn an wird man vom Team herzlich empfangen und danach jederzeit genauso freundlich und hilfsbereit beim Frühstück oder bei der Bar betreut 😊 Was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat: Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und frische Handtücher werden immer nach Bedarf bereitgelegt! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits gelegen, daher ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Aufgrund der wunderschönen Alleinlage auf einem Hügel gibt es einen traumhaften Ausblick und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge 🤩 Die Abreise fällt schwer!

My husband, sister in law & I can’t thank Maroula, her mother & staff enough for hosting us on our 5 night stay at Kedros Villas. We felt the warmth of her family & staff for us as we explained we had left the US just as Hurricane Helene came inland and devastated our area of western NC & SC. Our Memories of Kedros Villas & on the Island of Naxos will continue to make our Greece adventure shine even through all the worry we were experiencing. Maroula even brought the loveliest flowers to us for our villa! We hope to return someday for the beauty, food, warmth & kindness we experienced during our stay on Nexos & with Maroula, her mother & staff. Our stay was perfect ! Ilias made us feel very welcome and helped us with any question we had. The suite was clean, we had a beautiful view from the pool. Breakfast was perfect with many options. Dimitri is very friendly and helpful person. Good communication and responsive. House and the amenities are quite accurately described. Has a nice beach close by. They also have a laundry service for a small fee. There are some nice little authentic bakeries around the area to try out. Very happy with the visit!

The terrasse of the apartment is just a few meters from the sea. We went swimming there each morning (in October still) and enjoyed the turqoise water a lot. Communication with both Popi and cleaning service was very friendly. The apartment is furnished rather basic but we had everything we needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice beach nearby. There are several steps down to get to market and beach. The taverna restaurant next door was amazing!

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, bars and shops. Also around the corner from a local rental car/atv/scooter place if you are wanting to explore more of the island. Location and hospitality are unmatched. Ody and his family were extremely nice, quick to respond and had so many recommendations that helped make our trip amazing.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette résidence. Le logement est impeccable dans des maisons individuelles, avec tout le confort. Les petits déjeunés sont très variés, excellents (merci à la très gentille et talentueuse cuisinière!!). Le parc, et l’espace piscine nous ont permis de nous détendre. Enfin, l’accueil a été très chaleureux et ils nous ont aidé à louer une voiture le jour même. Nous recommandons vivement!
