New and super comfy bed and bedding and lots of wardrobe space for longer stays. Stylish decor throughout filled with quirky design and happy heathy plants. Fully equipped with quality crockery, cutlery, glassware and every kitchen utensil, pot and pan has been considered. This apartment is set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood - meters away from the vibrant Smith St and Brunswick St. This neighbourhood is filled with hidden cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. The pictures I've posted here really speak for themselves - you'll feel spoilt in this warm, comfortable home. Ask the host, a hospitality professional, for recommendations of must-go, must-see, and must-eat-at places in this lively neighbourhood. Set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood, vibrant Smith Street and Brunswick Street are only metres away. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. Sometimes, an early check-in before 3pm is available too as long as the cleaners have finished and the apartment is ready.

Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. It’s time to bliss out! This is an excellently-designed one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a sustainable building with a train station at your doorstep - right in the heart of Brunswick. I've had fun creating a playful, vibrant place (kitted out with lots of awesome homewares!) that I hope you'll enjoy as much as I do. The vibe is warm, the balcony is spacious and you've got all the cafes, bars, restaurants & shops you could want in less than a five minute walk. Make yourself at home here!

Cosy inner city loft with the comforts of home

Studio loft, fully self-contained, with ensuite, with a netgear mesh system for full wireless coverage. Also, a washing machine and kitchenette. It is a perfect nest for one. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.
