Επισκεφθήκαμετο σπίτι 21/12 έως 26/12. Μας υποδέχθηκε φιλικά ο πατέρας του κυρίου Δημήτρη.Το σπίτι το βρήκαμε καθαρό, περιποιημένο, ζεστό και όπως το είχαμε δει στις φωτογραφίες! Η θέα του είναι καταπληκτική, το δε ενεργειακό τζάκι του, το δυνατό του σημείο!! Παρόλο που είχε μηδενικές θερμοκρασίες, το σπίτι με το τζάκι και τα καλοριφέρ ήταν πολύ ζεστό!! Ακόμα και η απόστασή του (περίπου 15')από Καστοριά είναι οκ, γιατί ξεκινούσαμε μετά το πρωινό και επιστρέφαμε αργά το απόγευμα! Είχαμε την τύχη να έχει καθαρά χειμωνιάτικο καιρό ( χωρίς προβλήματα) με ομίχλη, ψιλόβροχο, ακόμα και χιόνι και το τοπίο ήταν φοβερό!!! Γενικά περάσαμε υπέροχα και ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον κύριο Δημήτρη για την φιλοξενία!!!!

big apartament with everything you could want in it, easy to find, host not talking english but we could undersand each other and it was very friendly.

We were treated like part of Janula's family. The

Helena apartment was nice cozy place Good location, evrithing was to close from the house, bars ,restaurants,pazar of Korça. Parking was in front of the building with CCTV 👍 I like that And Helena helped me a lot a bout instructions for the house and how to find it.

comfortable, cosy ground floor appartment . Has a well stocked kitchen utensils and kitchen facilities beautiful yard to sit in with privacy close to all amenities small shop across the way and a Spar supermarket . about a 8 to 10 min walk into town . Patriot is a perfect host and always responsive when needed highly recommend this place to stay .

Πραγματικα η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα της Αγγελικής κ των γονιών της, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη, εξυπηρέτησε υποδειγματικά τις αυξημένες ανάγκες φιλοξενίας της υπερπολυτεκνης οικογένειας μας (7 ανήλικα τέκνα) κ σίγουρα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε κάθε ενδιαφερόμενο .. Στα πολύ συν , κ το ευρύχωρο σπιτικό του, αλλά κ η πανέμορφη αυλή του που τα παιδιά μας την καταχαρηκαν.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.
