Stephen’s place was excellent and perfect in every way. Stephen was a great host and Bobby the dog was too. The place was cozy and has everything you need for your stay. The garden was a beautiful addition and provided a great view from the deck. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great bush getaway with a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The place was immaculate and spotless, and it can comfortably accommodate two families. Do note that towels and bed linen are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to the shore. We especially enjoyed our night-time strolls on the beach under the stars — truly magical. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite and balcony was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home, which was important since there aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is a FoodWorks mini-supermarket close by, but we did our main shopping in Sale on the way to Paradise Beach. Greg was a fantastic host — prompt, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

our stay at Smoko Cottage was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is beautiful and peaceful, offering a perfect escape from hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surrounding nature is stunning and it's an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The cottage itself is well-equipped with great amenities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making us right at home. Whether you're looking for a cozy retreat or a base to explore the area, Smoko Creek Cottage is a fantastic choice.

We had a beautiful three-night stay. The house was welcoming from the driveway through to the personalised welcome sign and fresh flowers in the vases. We immediately we felt relaxed. The view and the surrounding grounds are simply beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the views of the trees through all the windows, loved the relaxing lounge and fire, and the kids enjoyed the extra lounge space and exercise gear. We stayed at Ben's holiday home for a birthday longer weekend getaway. We loved it! The place was secluded and relaxing. Our doggo loved her long beach walks and fetch each day. The hydrotherapy spa was fantastic and the outside bathtub under the stars was an added special touch for a perfect, peaceful weekend away. The kitchen is really well equipped - it had everything you could possibly need to cook and bake. Outdoor dining settings were great. Ben has done a great job at making use of the space to give it a feel of being both homely and luxurious. The coffee machine was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy staying in our own peaceful bubble for the time away. We really enjoy the less touristy, quiet sleepy beach towns this part of the world. It's also only a 25 minute drive to some nice walks around the lakes in Loch Sport. Thanks again Ben. We hope to be back one day.

Simply amazing! Loved every bit of the stay here and it was very relaxing. The location is beautiful with the paddock next to you. Michelle was great in communication and made everything easy for us. We will be back soon again for another staycation :)

Clean, not far from the beach. There is a general store (Foodworks) round the corner that provides basic amenities and some food. Easy walk to the beach. It's a lovely comfortable place to stay. We had all we needed in the home, telescope and toys for kids were a nice touch. There is a long bath indoors and outdoors which is a hit with the kids. Fair warning, there were a lot of flies, not something that the host can control and it's what you do get living at the beach. They get in when you open the doors so do be quick. Maybe bring a fly swatter if you find using fly spray/ elastic bands to not be your choice of weapon. We managed to take out over 30 flies indoors but it's a constant battle. Overall a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended and will come back again.

Would highly recommend this place. Was a stunning outlook over the valley. The place had plenty of space for a large group and there was tonnes of outdoor space for activities. Chloe was a pleasure to deal with, responsive in communication and also generously offered us a late check out. Great place for large groups. Was all in a lovely experience.
