Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

Excellent accueil proposé par Zeni. Son logement est somptueux, extrêmement propre et bien rangé.

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Und deren bezaubernde Ardit und seine Familie haben uns trotz Verspätung sehr herzlich empfangen, das Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten liegt abseits vom Tourismus und man kann zu Fuß zum Meer laufen. Für die Umgebung empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden den tollen Abend nicht vergessen. Ardit antwortet blitzschnell und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Flori‘s Unterkunft. Flori war jederzeit erreichbar und alles hat super funktioniert. Auch die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Von diesem Standpunkt aus konnten wir jeden Tag super Tagestrips unternehmen und so Albanien entdecken. Da wir außerhalb der Saison vor Ort waren, war das Resort überwiegend geschlossen. Ein Restaurant „Triumf 2“ war geöffnet und die Aufbauarbeiten für die Saison haben gerade begonnen (Strand Aufbereitung etc.). Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. :)

A wholesome and lively square just around the corner with lots to do and places to eat. Loris's place is perfect for a night or many in the capital. the home is a top level apartment well kept and very spacious with a full kitchen lounge and many rooms. An apartment you could live in if you were to move to Tirana. Loris was super helpful and also helped with local recommendations and activities as well. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location. Elton and his staff are friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant to be around. The cabins are beautifully rustic with a great touch of modern. The location is remote and wonderful. The air is clean and the water is so good. No need to bring bottled. There is enough to do. We went hiking in several locations and to the nearby waterfall. Plus there is a creek next to the property. Hearing the water is nice. A gas station is about 30 min away so be mindful of that. Their restaurant is farm to table except for the olives, if I understood that correctly. Fresh milk, homemade bread, butter, vegetables, cheeses, beef. All local. And we loved the food. Hats off to Lugina Shengjergjit. We had a great stay!
