L'appartement de Vincenza est très calme, confortable, fonctionnel et très bien placé : à 2 pas du port, de la mer et de la longue balade le long de la mer, à 2 pas des commerces du centre ville, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. L'accueil par Vincenza a été très sympathique et attentionné.

Alloggio molto confortevole e veramente a due passi dal mare! L’host è stato molto disponibile e responsive, fornendo anche l’occorrente per una bimba di un anno (seggiolone, lettino con lenzuola e anche un piccolo accappatoio!). Consigliato!

Eleonora è stata gentile e disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, l'appartamento corrispondeva alla Descrizione, posizione ottima, e sembrava di stare a casa anche per l'accoglienza che ci ha riservato. Tutto impeccabile e tutto perfetto, grazie a Elonora e alla sua famiglia.

Vielen Dank liebe Sara , dass du uns deine Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hast. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine phantastische Lage mit direktem Strandzugang . Die Deckenhöhe ist in der Dusche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas niedrig, jedoch sind wir beide auch recht groß. Wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren und für uns war das auch kein Problem. Wir alle (inklusive Kinder 5 u 10 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung 100% weiter. Sara ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank dafür!

Siamo stati da Natalia per il ponte di Pasqua, 2 adulti, una bambina e 2 cani simil golden. L'appartamento era grande il giusto per ospitarci tutti. Il grande parco in cui sorge il condominio ha permesso delle passeggiate notturne in sicurezza sia per noi che per i cani. Dalla struttura si raggiunge a piedi la spiaggia super attrezzata

Place location is great, a couple of minutes walk to beach, to grocery store, to cafes and restaurants, to public buses. House itself is in quiet area. Sonya was very helpful, allowed late check in, allowed changes in number of people, communicated a lot. Apartment is located on first floor, has 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a living room. Apartment is clean and spacious. 2 minor issues: WiFi speed is not great, we had plenty of mobile data available, so it wasn't really problem for us, but if you come outside of EU, you should keep that in mind. Walls are not very soundproof, so you can hear neighbors pretty well, especially when they watch TV - nothing really can be done here, this is how the house was build, but just keep in mind. Overall, great place and great host, we were happy with price/quality balance!

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Giampaolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der alle Informationen rechtzeitig und genau gegeben hat. Zudem haben wir noch Tips zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, zentral und genau so wie beschrieben. Danke für alles! 😊

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Ho soggiornato per 8 notti ad inizio agosto con mio figlio e fin da subito mi sono sentita completamente a mio agio nell’appartamento dove ho trovato tutto il comfort e la discrezione che cercavo. La zona è davvero perfetta. Proprio sotto casa ci sono le mie pasticcerie e i miei ristoranti preferiti! Il Conad è a due passi e la zona del mercato proprio dietro casa è bellissima da frequentare al mattino con le sue vie pedonali e tutti i negozietti. Gianmarco è un host super gentile e premuroso. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo passato un weekend a Livorno e questo alloggio è stato ottimo. La posizione è centralissima e vicino al lungomare. A piedi si riesce a raggiungere tutto. L'appartamento è come nelle foto e non ha deluso le aspettative. C'è tutto il necessario.

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Io e la mia compagna, insieme a nostra figlia di 8 mesi abbiamo soggiornato da Leonardo per un weekend. Ci siamo da subito trovati molto bene. Ambiente pulito e in ordine, parcheggio molto comodo e gratuito. Leonardo ci ha anche fatto trovare un lettino per nostra figlia. Ottima esperienza, consigliato.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Fomos sempre acompanhados pelo Andrea, muito atencioso sempre interessado em saber sobre a nossa situação. Sempre respondia prontamente as dúvidas que surgiram. Ficamos 24 noites com o apartamento, mas dormimos algumas noites em outras cidades da Itália e tudo andou muito bem. Foi um prazer ficar no apartamento de Andrea e Beatrice. Valeu muito a viagem!

Tämä oli ensimmäinen kertani Airbnb:llä, eikä se olisi voinut mennä paremmin. Melissa ja Giovanni olivat aivan ihanat isännät – ystävällisiä, avuliaita ja helposti tavoitettavissa. Asunto on upea, jopa parempi kuin kuvauksessa. Kaikki on kuin uutta ja todella siistiä. Kaksi parveketta tarjoavat upeat merinäköalat – ne ovat oikeasti uskomattomat. Tellaro on viehättävä ja rauhallinen kylä, jossa on aito italialainen tunnelma, hyviä ravintoloita ja kiinnostava historia. Yksityinen pysäköinti aivan lähellä asuntoa oli todella tärkeä – ilman sitä parkkipaikan löytäminen olisi ollut liki mahdotonta. Vietimme täällä unohtumattoman loman. Voin vilpittömästi suositella tätä paikkaa kaikille!
