The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sea with lovely views right from the balcony. We woke up to peaceful sunrises in the morning. The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and easy check in instructions. We had a great stay. My baby usually hates portable cots but the one they provided came with a mattress which was super comfy and he slept all night long.

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. Highly recommend staying at Jules place! We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Jules is very easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond! Very clean house, comfortable bed & had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great location and very quiet area. We will definitely be staying at Jules’ again. Thanks heaps 🙂

Awesome spot

Margaret's place was clean and cosy. It's compact but it had everything we wanted for our stay. We were very happy with every aspect. Margaret is a perfect host who understands what guests need and is very responsive to every enquiry and need. We would definitely book again when visiting the Bellarine.

Loved this place..so close to town and the beach. The unit itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. Lots of nice touches and appreciated Angela's offers of early check-in and late checkout. All in all a fabulous place to stay.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Andrew and Cherie were friendly hosts and all their instructions were clear. The studio was furnished nicely and very clean. It was situated close to the town and many excellent restaurants as well as the beach. There were also many walking tracks within the vicinity.

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a wonderful experience staying at Daniella’s place. The home was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and easy the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great access to the beach and Sorrento I’d absolutely stay here again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

We had a lovely 2 night stay! The place was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, close to the hot springs and shops. Mick and Shar were very responsive and friendly hosts. Our toddler had a great time too. We would definitely stay again:)

We had an amazing two-night stay in Sorrento with our two young children and parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family—my kids loved the bunk beds, and my parents enjoyed their own private space. The large dining table comfortably fit everyone, and the outdoor play area, especially the boat, was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, and towels were provided. One thing to note: there’s only one Aircon system in the living room, but each bedroom has a fan and heater, which worked perfectly for our fall visit. Cassie was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at rye. It was a great location to visit wineries, beaches, golf and the hot springs. Natalie was very kind and welcoming and the check out process was extremely low maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

Melissa’s condo was the perfect location for our family holiday including 2 children and our Golden Retriever. The home was modern, clean and homely. We were thrilled to find a children’s toy box, kids cutlery, cups, dining wear and outside toys to play with. The courtyard gate opens to an open grass area which was great for the kids to play and dog to toilet. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer. Shower head is sensational! The location is incredible. We walked everywhere. Across the road from the beach, 1 minute walk to the playground and close to local eateries. We appreciate an AirBnb that is so accommodating for children and pets. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!
