5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig für die Beschreibung des AirBnB’s!😍 Wir wurden von Herbert sehr herzlich Begrüßt. Egal welches Anliegen wir hatten, es wurde sofort geklärt. Auch bei einer kleinen Hürde mit dem Nachbar war er sofort da und klärte alles auf super freundliche Art und Weise. Die Kommunikation war unglaublich gut! Die Wohnung hat so eine schöne Lage, die Bilder beschreiben nur halb so sehr, wie schön der Ausblick ist! In der Wohnsiedlung ist es auch super ruhig, was den Aufenthalt extrem entspannt macht. Wir würden mit Freude immer wieder dieses AirBnB wählen.👍🏻 Der Aufenthalt hat absolut eine volle Sterne-Bewertung verdient, besser geht es nicht!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 3 Mitarbeiter gebucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, sodass wir bei nächsten Projekt in Linz gerne wieder bei Ana buchen werden.

Прекрасная квартира нескольких шагах от набережной озера. Андреас проявил настоящее австрийское гостеприимство угостил нас свежей пойманный рыбой и помог с небольшим бытовом вопросом . Был очень любезным хозяином . Квартира выше всяких похвал . На все очень понравилось

Lovely cosy but spacious base for our travels!! Lovely view from balcony. Everything very clean and tidy. Great decor felt homely. Loads of space. Responsive host helped us when needed. Great town a short drive away with lovely restaurants and easy access to all our hiking destinations

Der Aufenthalte war sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Dinge wären uns nur aufgefallen. 1. es gibt einen Hund welcher bei den Besitzer wohnt und hin und wieder im Stiegenhaus ist oder im Garten (wir lieben Hunde) aber glaube wenn man Angst vor Hunden hat wäre es eine tolle Info gewesen, dass dort eben ein Hund unterwegs ist :). 2. die Heizung dreht sich immer automatisch Ein oder Aus mir war daher echt öfters kalt und ich hatte Gott sei dank eine private Decke mit welche ich mir dann zusätzlich zum schlafen genommen haben oder eben zum Fernsehen im Wohnzimmer. Alles keine kritischen Punkte jedoch wollte ich sie erwähnen. Ich kann sonst die Unterkunft mehr als empfehlen!

Nemanja was a wonderful host. The apartment was comfortable and clean, right in the center of Bad Aussee. Everything was close by, and enjoying the view from the balcony with a morning coffee was a real pleasure.

Très beau chalet proposé par la charmante hôtesse Christina. Cozy, bien équipé et surtout conforme aux photos. Ce logement est un peu à distance de Salzbourg mais la ville reste à proximité avec les transports en commun. C'est un très bel endroit si on veut du calme et se retrouver seul. J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je vous le recommande si vous êtes de passage en Autriche.

We had a great stay in this apartment for a month. Everything was convenient and comfortable, with all the essentials for a long-term stay. It was easy to reach the ski resorts and lakes. Communication with the host was excellent, and the price-quality ratio was very good)

Un alojamiento impecable, hermoso, típica casa en la montaña. Los anfitriones muy amables, nos agasajaron en la despedida. Muy cómodo, amplio y una ubicación inmejorable. Senderos en el bosque para recorrer bellísimos. Muchas gracias!!!!

Katharina und Leo haben uns sehr freundlich in ihrem toll ausgestatteten, ruhigen Appartement am Rand von Abtenau empfangen. Alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann: Espresso Vollautomat, Toaster, Wasserkocher, etc. etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und auf dem neuesten Stand. 2 Fernseher in einem Appartement sind großer Luxus, vor allem für die Kinder 😅 Fußläufig alles erreichbar, Pizzeria gleich vorm Haus, Lebensmittel 10 min. zu Fuß bzw ins Ortszentrum 15 min. Ins nächste (kleine) Skigebiet Karkogel - inkl Rodelbahn - entweder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder direkt mit dem Skibus, welcher gleich in der Nähe eine Haltestelle hat. Das große Skigebiet Dachstein West erreicht man in 15 min. Wers gemütlicher mag fährt 20 min. auf die Postalm zum Langlaufen. Toller Winterurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder, evtl auch im Sommer 😎

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Weihnachtszeit in Scheffau und verbrachten unser Fest 2024 in diesem traumhaften, idyllischen Häuschen. Bernhard und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und haben sogar einen liebevoll geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum für uns aufgestellt! Zu Silvester stellten sie uns eine Feuerschale zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, mit einer authentischen Einrichtung und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Der kleine Wasserlauf nebenan sorgte für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Ski- und Rodelgebiete sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, was unseren Kindern riesigen Spaß machte! Ein Highlight war das Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft, nur 15 Minuten entfernt, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag im Schnee. Bernhard gab uns außerdem viele Tipps für Ausflüge, die unseren Aufenthalt bereicherten. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Familienurlaub und wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

The residence is very wonderful and indescribable. If you want to live in a wonderful residence, you have to stay in Johan's apartment. Everything is close to you and you can enjoy the breathtaking views in front of the apartment. Johan and his wife are very wonderful people. Johan will make you feel that you are in your home. I asked him about some snowy peaks and he brought me a paper with all the available peaks to visit. He is a wonderful person. Inevitably when I return to Austria, I will live in Johan's apartment.

Dom jest bardzo duży i wygodny z przepięknym widokiem na góry. Pokoje duże z wygodnymi łóżkami i materacami. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona z wielkim stołem przy którym wygodnie wszyscy mogą zjeść. Dom znajduje sie na końcu wioski więc jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho ale do sklepów czy restauracji jest dość daleko za to okolica jest przepiękna. Gospodarz miły, kontaktowy i bezproblemowy. W domu było zawsze ciepło. Jest przygotowane miejsce na przechowywanie nart, desek i butów. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. polecamy

I really enjoyed my stay at Maximilian’s place! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring really easy. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and spotless clean. One of the highlights is definitely the balcony, the view of the beautiful river and the snowy mountains in the distance is stunning. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bad Ischl!

Wat een geweldige plek om te overnachten, ruime woning, heerlijke tuin. Goede bedden en rustige omgeving. Alleen de auto kan je niet parkeren bij de woning.

Andreas’ place is really beautiful and comfortable. Andreas was accommodating and helpful. I had a peaceful retreat and will definitely come back and stay again.

Diana ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen umgehend reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt gegenüber der Talstation der Bergbahn und mit Blick auf die Talabfahrt. Mit der Gondel ist man sehr schnell im Skigebiet Dachstein West. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein beheiztes Fach im Skidepot. Ein Gemischtwarenladen, wo man frische Brötchen und die nötigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es im Ort ein paar wenige Restaurants. Wir haben die Tage in Rußbach sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Airbnb ist einfach super: ein modernes, einladendes Bad und eine separate Toilette. Es gibt ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer. Dort steht eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Besonders hübsch ist der große Fernseher. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet, und am Esstisch finden vier Personen locker Platz. Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle – alles da, was man braucht. Die Landstraße vorm Haus ist tagsüber etwas befahren, aber nachts schön ruhig – überhaupt kein Problem. Und der Ausblick? Einfach traumhaft schön! Da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt, ist es eher etwas für Reisende mit Auto. Für Raucher gibt es eine überdachte Raucherecke auf dem Balkon – auch sehr hübsch. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Ein Airbnb, das kaum zu toppen ist. Salzburg-Besucher mit Auto – ran an den Speck! Kristinas Wohnjuwel nahe dem Obertrumer See wird euren Urlaub zum perfekten Erlebnis machen. Danke an Kristina!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Monika and her husband were truly exceptional hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything a guest could need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including a lovely welcome gift that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was incredibly well organized and easy to navigate. The location is also excellent. It is about 30 minutes walking to the city center, but buses are very convenient and easy to use. If you are driving, there is parking available which is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here. Monika and her husband created a space that is not only practical and clean but also filled with care and attention. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting the area.

Krásné, příjemné a čisté ubytování. Paní hostitelka byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Bazén byl mimo provoz, což byla škoda, ale jinak vše perfektní.
