Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Pero and his family are the best hosts and the house was just what we were looking for - we felt right at home. There was everything we needed to cook and eat at home, and we could walk to the supermarket, restaurants, cafes.. The bus to and from Dubrovnik old town is just across the street and there’s a safe and easy parking spot in the property. We highly recommend staying at Pero’s.

The villa was clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful. However, the swimming pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the location was difficult to find on Google Maps due to road construction.

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. They 3 apartments in were very clean with lots of closet space. We were not aware that the 2 person apartment had a separate entrance but the joined big terrace was delightful. The apartments are situated right between the old and the new city center.

Dominik was so helpful. He booked some excursions for us. Also helped us with a pickup taxi from the airport. We really enjoyed this airbnb.

Ivona's place is very nice. Micheal, her partner was there to welcome us and gave us thorough guidance as to local highlights and was very communicative. The accommodation is located just outside the city walls and is a perfect base to explore old town Dubrovnik. It's close enough that if you wish to you can get up early and in 2 minutes you can walk into and enjoy the beautiful walled city before any crowds start to build. The accomodation has everything you need and it is fitted out to a high standard and you can see a professional interior designer skill with how Ivona has decorated the place. There was a generous welcome pack of a few goodies that we enjoyed so thank you to Michael for arranging that. The pool area is very nice also and the views across the bay are beautiful. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we'd certainly look forward to staying here again.

We stayed for 6 days and had a fabulous holiday. Marija and Anton were perfect hosts providing us with lots of lovely treats during our stay. The villa was beautiful, immaculately clean with everything we needed as well as being really peaceful and private. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space for us all. This was our first visit to Croatia, loved Dubrovnik old town and visiting Lokrum island by boat. Mlini itself is lovely. Pebble beaches but very calm clear sea. Lovely to stroll along seafront with a few nice bars and restaurants. We also did kayaking from here. We hope to return and would definitely stay at Marija and Antons villa again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

I very much enjoyed staying here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed really comfortable and the neighbourhood very quiet, plus a lovely view of Dubrovnik from the patio.

Marijana's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is only a short walk from the old town so nothing is lost by staying beyond the old walls. In fact you gain because the views from the apartment's terrace where we sat and had coffee each morning provide views that can't be had when you stay in the old town itself. The apartment is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It's really private, very charming with a cottagey feel and doors that open to the terrace. The availability of a car park is a big plus. Marijana is a lovely - a very warm and genuine person who goes above and beyond for her guests. I very much enjoyed talking with her and learning about Dubrovnik. Hvala Marijana.

L'appartement que propose Anna est super, propre, joli, les détails, la décoration, et surtout un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur mer🙏☀️ la situation est proche de la vieille ville +/- à 15min à pieds, à côté de la plage de Banje et permet d'être un peu en dehors de la vieille ville donc d'avoir un certain calme aussi, de mon point de vue c'est parfait, bon à savoir que l'appartement est au 4 étage, pour ma part ça en vaut la peine et j'apprécie le petit cardio avant de rentrer Merci Anna pour l'agréable communication également🍀😇🌸

We like this house very much, the house needs climb some mountain, and the landlord helped us with the luggage. The view is awesome and they have many delicious snacks for us.

Wonderful communication. Our plane was very late and Marija waited up for us. Beautiful view from the terrace. Lots and lots of steps to walk to Old Town but doable if you are in good shape. You can also catch the bus in front of the apartment that will take you down. Loved the homemade walnut grappa she left us and a local beer, a Coke and 2 waters in the fridge. Very nice. No oven or microwave but an air fryer. Fridge small. Free parking and a short drive from Dubrovnik airport.

This was an amazing stay! The host was so sweet and was waiting for us when we got dropped off via taxi. She then escorted us to the apartment from the drop off location and showed us how everything runs/should be used. She made sure we had no questions and were comfortable before she left. As soon as you walk in you can see the amazing view of Old Town below. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues with neighbors or other guests in the area. You can easily get to surrounding areas for food or other things you made need. The only thing I can say to consider is the height at which the apartment sits. It’s amazing for the view and the quiet, however, there are many stairs and/or hills to get back if you decide not to taxi. I wouldn’t let that alone rule this place out because it’s really a great spot. We had a great time and are thankful we stayed here for our trip!

Five stars and one turtle! Toni’s apartment in Dubrovnik is a true gem tucked inside the Old Town’s castle walls—like stepping into a postcard, only with Wi-Fi and a laundry machine that spins like a jet engine. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, the kitchen had every gadget imaginable and the shower water pressure was better than home. The garden was a serene oasis—until you realize you’re sharing it with five cats who rule the roost, and a very slow, very mysterious stray turtle who we named “Zoran.” Our laundry dried faster than our legs recovered from the stair climb to get there (pack light, friends). Fair warning: from 8 AM to 7 PM, your quiet courtyard becomes a live exhibit for enthusiastic tourists peering down from the castle wall above, admiring the flowers, the vines, and possibly your drying underwear. So… maybe skip the leopard print. All in all, an unforgettable stay. Thanks, Toni!

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Mirna and Marko are helpful and friendly. Their instructions made it easy to find the apartment and get started on our short stay. They quickly answered any questions we had. The apartment is in a wonderful position in the Old Town, away from the main action, but close enough to get to restaurants and activities quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Luko est d’une extrême gentillesse. Il a gérer pour nous le transfert de l’aéroport à l’appartement. Il est disponible et très réactif. L’appartement est encore plus joli que sur les photos avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et une vue incroyable sur la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. La grande première terrasse est un réel plus si vous voulez profitez du soleil. La seconde pour un petit déjeuner face à la baie. Literie confortable et une belle salle de bains avec une grande douche. Supérette et boulangerie à quelques pas de l’appartement. La plage est en contrebas mais je préfère la « plaza Beach ». Le vieux Dubrovnik est à quelques centaines de mètres. Vous avez également un arrêt de bus proche du téléphérique qui vous emmènera à Cavtat pour 8€. Un retour en bateau est une excellente alternative. N’hésitez pas à vous rendre sur Lapad et Gruz : quartier moins cher que la vieille ville avec de belles plages et chemins côtiers. Et bien entendu, visitez les îles.

Large, beautiful apartment within easy walking distance of the old town. Of most places, it had a minimal amount of steps because the bottom of the staircase could be reached by an ascending walkway, from the street across from the old town gate. Very comfortable for 6 people.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than in the photos – very clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, which made our stay even more convenient, like Nespresso coffeemaker and big TV with YouTube etc. Wi-Fi speed was also ok. Josipa is amazing – always very quick to resolve any small issues. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift left for us at check-in. The balcony offered beautiful views (sea and mountains) and parking space was dedicated for us. The location is great: just 5–7 minutes by car to the sea and a shopping mall, and about 15 minutes to both the airport and the center of Dubrovnik (even you can use Uber or Bolt, it’s very cheap there like 10-15€ per ride) We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
