Tutto perfetto!! Soggiorno e casa INCREDIBILI!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Claudia's place was beautiful. so very peaceful and relaxing. clean, amazing pool and hot tub. Claudia was very friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for more. can't wait to go back!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Our stay at this medieval castle was truly unforgettable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when our car had mechanical issues. The back terrace offered breathtaking views, and the serenity of the location made it the perfect retreat, far from any hustle and bustle. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Living in a medieval castle was an incomparable experience, and we loved the friendly visits from Pepita, the dog. The only minor inconvenience was the limited hot water supply for six people, but it didn't overshadow our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We had an absolute blast at Giuseppe's. From the moment we arrived (3 am) he was there for us. He lives on premises and is available for anything you need. If you don't speak Italian, he speaks great English. He made great recommendations for restaurants, shopping, sight seeing etc. He has associations with several local restaurants and they took great care of us too. The local pasticceria/cafe is the best I have ever been to. We looked forward to a cappuccino every morning and the pasticcerie were amazing. The location is easily walkable to Perugia. You can take a bus to the outside of town and ride the escalators to the top, our son loved riding up the cable car. You can also just walk into town, maybe 15 minutes. There is also a close parking lot right outside of town if you don't feel like walking. Once back at the Villa, it feels very tranquil. Like being back out in the country. We've stayed at a lot of locations over the years and Villa Nuba was our favorite.

Very nice apartment, it was bigger than what I was expecting. My family and I felt like at home, Gabriele was very nice to help us with a booking issue, making our Italy trip stress free so we could focus on enjoying. Very nice and kind host. The apartment is 7-8min walk to the main street close to the beach where there are lots of stores and restaurants. The area is very quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. Thanks Gabriele for having us.

Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll. Man fühlt sich schnell zuhause und kann bei der ruhigen Lage einfach schnell entspannen. Gabriella und ihr Mann Mauro sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Piccolo appartamento in contesto meraviglioso, con vista sulle colline intorno ad Assisi e piscina che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché ancora freddo. Interni come da foto, bagno un po’ piccino ma completo di tutto e tutto nuovo compresi gli arredamenti della camera da letto e la cucina. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo visti i giorni di pioggia e umido. Roberta host presente e reattiva, ci ha consigliato ristoranti della zona e risolto un piccolo problema in pochissimo tempo. Lo consiglio per chi desidera un posto tranquillo fuori dal paese, e con i borghi umbri intorno ad Assisi a portata di mano! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Siamo stati accolti con una torta e biscotti fatti in casa ancora caldi, meglio di così.. Casetta molto accogliente e in mezzo al verde, che ci ha consentito di far colazione fuori e di far godere un po’ di tranquillità anche ai nostri due cagnoni.. Grazie all’alloggio di Giuseppe abbiamo staccato la spina dalla frenesia della città. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Per un soggiorno a riccione con il nostro micio ci siamo rivolti alla struttura lungomare residence e devo dire che ogni spettativa è stata ben ripagata ottima l appartamento come arredo e attenzione ai dettagli ottimo il servizio di pulizie e il personale della reception cordiale attendo e molto disponibile. Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Tolle Villa! Lage, Pool, Gelände und Villa sind ein Traum! Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien geeignet. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle waren sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I took three kids to Roberta and Vania's house and it is just perfect. Close to San Severino but also perfectly placed to go exploring in the immediate area. The house itself is wonderful and the pool kept the kids busy! Very relaxing and could not recommend enough. Vania and Roberta were always contactable and are so kind and friendly. A super experience all round. Thank you!

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Perfekte Oase für einen Familienurlaub Die Lage ist einfach herrlich – abgeschieden und ruhig, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltags. Das weitläufige Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight: Es gibt schöne Pergolas, die zum Essen, Spielen und Entspannen im Freien einladen. Der Pool ist fantastisch – er wird täglich gereinigt, bietet bequeme Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Besonders schätzten wir, dass das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, was es ideal für Haustiere macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind charmant eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war top – mit einer gründlichen Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und kompetente Beantwortung all unserer Fragen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub, den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.
