We had such a special stay here! The kids had space to roam and explore, the fire was a very cosy element, and the outdoor bath was a huge hit! This little cottage had exactly everything we needed and we loved every moment!

A beautiful and spacious house and location. Was appreciated by our family of 4 adults and an infant. Good quiet location which allows easy drives to explore Launceston and surrounds. Legana Tavern a good place for a meal and the shopping centre was convenient. A lovely stay at Legana.

The cottage is so cozy, lovely, and comfortable like home. It satisfied both adults and kids including a fresh breakfast and the beautiful furnitures. It's very meaningful to stay a night in this historical house. My kids loved the feeding session in the morning and Louise made it a great experience for them in detail. Although if there is one thing, the wood stove was under construction even though we didn't expect it to be and was excited to use it. We will never forget the day here!

The location was fantastic and it was central to the city CBD and was an easy drive to the main roads. The house was situated with great views over Launceston and was quite private. The courtyard and patio were great for lounging around relaxing and inside the house we found was roomy and also had everything one needed, with large TV with netflix available. The kitchen was well equipped and with a large window in the lounge room that allowed the great views over the city below. Overall we found it was just a great place to stay and enjoy our visit to Launceston.

We are now ‘regulars’ at this Air BnB, we travel to Low Head to visit family, and we time our visits around the availability of this beachfront home. Kelly’s place is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen is well appointed with everything that you would need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are very clean, the overall space in the house is used very well. The view is amazing, the home has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the location is within easy access of walks, historical sites, and a lovely cafe at the Pilot Station. Our dog loves the large, tidy yard, and he likes the views too! We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this gem, and while family may not be locals for much longer, we would like to continue our visits just to stay at Kelly’s Beachside Home.

Would love to visit again in future 🙂

Great place to stay in Launceston. Really enjoyed the accommodation as it was a bit different to your standard room in a hotel.

Katie and her co hosts were very easy to deal with and were quick to organise to our requests with a last minute booking. 10/10

Perfectly located within very short walking distance of Charles Street and its great coffee and dining options. Very comfortable home with character, large high ceilinged rooms and comfy beds. Peaceful location with super quiet bedrooms. Lovely sunny spot on the front verandah for a cup of tea in the morning. Off street parking suitable for smaller car at the rear of the property. Would happily stay again on a return visit to Launceston.

Our long stay at June and Gil’s home was an excellent experience. As soon as we walked in the house it felt like a home away from home- actually reminding me of my Grandmothers home. A lovingly restored heritage home in a great neighbourhood. The location, close to coffee shops, grocery shops restaurants and the CBD cannot be beat- very walkable to all. Well stocked kitchen with great amenities- great oven, very clean barbeque, lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. June was easily available via phone, text and email with a very quick response time. My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay while Launceston to visit family and will not hesitate to rent again. We highly recommend.

Aaron and Trish are wonderful people and the place was amazing , very close to the city centre and very close to the cataract gorge , highly recommended.

Great place - centrally located - comfy beds - nice towels and sheets - front bedroom a bit noisy at night(it was Saturday!) - lovely outside space on balcony - parking was a great addition!
