Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Le Vedette Gemelle "La Pajarella" (Starlink Wi-Fi)

Le Vedette Gemelle sono due abitazioni in pietra ristrutturate. La "Pajarella" ha una superficie di 80mq, due camere da letto matrimoniali ed una singola, una cucina, un soggiorno con caminetto e tv, un bagno con doccia. La "Carruba" ha una superficie di 40mq, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto, un bagno con doccia ed una cucina separata. Entrambe dispongono di grandi terrazze panoramiche di fronte al mare ed in mezzo ad ulivi secolari, zona barbecue e zone relax.
