Spacious, clean and beautifully appointed property! Many of the best restaurants are situated close by and few are at a walkable distance. Auto rickshaws are easily available nearby. There are a couple of mom n pop shops from where you can get the essentials. Hosts had stocked coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper which was very thoughtful of them. Washing machine provided at the property helped us to go back with a bag full of clean clothes and I feel it's a big value add. Will definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Preethi and Donald's 2BHK in Mangalore! The location is perfect—just a short drive from Mangalore town, making it super convenient. The WiFi speed was impressive; I consistently got around 40 Mbps, which was perfect for my work and streaming needs. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and everything was well-maintained. I really appreciated Preethi's help with parking my car, which made things so much easier. Plus, having Swiggy delivery available was a great convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mangalore. Thank you, Preethi and Donald, for being such wonderful hosts!

It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of coconut trees right from the home. Most tourist attractions are nearby with minimal traffic, making it very convenient. The host and house help were exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Joshua's home is truly amazing. I felt right at home while being 2000km away from it. The amenities are well maintained and the property is located at the heart of the city making it extremely convenient to order food and exploring near by temples and churches. Our host was extremely helpful and welcoming as well. The property is decorated beautifully with an eye for detail. I definitely recommend the listing.

Saroja mam has been extremely helpful, kept communicating with us until we reached back Bangalore post our stay. Truly home feeling. The property is right close to the main road, easy to find. Property was pretty much clean when we reached with an option to prepare basic foods in the kitchen in case you need. It has got a terrace also in case you want to relax a bit. It has been a great stay in this property at Manipal and would be happy to recommend others Only 1 suggestion, if the kitchen utensils could be replaced with new ones (seems to be little old), then it would give more flexibilities to prepare some foods on need basis. The place was squeaky clean. The location was great and easy to find. All the amenities were present along with car parking. Worth the price. And the hosts were very supportive. We got early check-in as well based on availability. Go for it if you are staying in Mangalore.
