Lovely home away from home. Very peaceful with no traffic or other noise. Great views, and the house is spacious for indoor and outside living. Julie was very helpful, offering local recommendations, quick to respond and even gave one of our children a lift when he got dropped off and had a long walk back to the house. All in all a great spot, the wildlife around the estate was a treat and within a short drive of some great pubs and restaurants. Can thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here for our 10-year anniversary with our two kids and our little dog, and it was just perfect. Mornings were misty and magical—watching the sunrise while the kids tore up and down the road on their bikes. My wife got some good Comrades training in, and we all enjoyed the fresh country air and some bird watching. The cottage had everything we needed and was super comfy and clean. We made breakfast together, sipped wine by the fire in the evenings, and just soaked up some real quality family time. Phillipa is an excellent host and very responsive to all our questions, we would love to return here someday!

What a beautiful and spacious house!!! We also loved the quietness of the neighbourhood. Debbie has amazing communication skills. We will look for this place should we need a plate in that area again. I would also recommend the place.

We had a lovely time at this cosy cottage. Shane gave clear check-in instructions and they were very accommodating. The garden is truly amazing and makes for a peaceful stay. The kitchen is well equipped and enhanced our holiday experience. The well stocked linen closet made it feel like home while the washing machine washed and dried our clothes. We would definitely recommend this little bit of peace for your next trip.

Nicole was super friendly and helpful and Lavender cottage is WELL worth staying at. The area is beautiful and yet close enough to the shops for anything that may be needed. We will definitely recommend staying with Nicole.

Twas our second time staying at The Tamarind and our stay was absolutely wonderful- the place was squeaky clean and felt like home. Twas peaceful and fresh. Gwynne was a very pleasant host, loved everything.

My family and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Elise's place, and we felt right at home! There were tons of activities for the kids, and the staff are so, so friendly. Perfect area for our trip. Just down the road from the meander. 2 malls just along the road to get shopping and the house is not far from the road to Underberg. The room had everything we needed to hand. Directions were a series of photos, ideal for me, l wasnt trying to look for numbers just the gate that was a big win. The room was cleaned and serviced each day. The very hot shower was great as we had a day and a half awful weather. Plenty of extra, soft blankets for yhe bed helped hub out. Village at Yard 41 was our breakfast place. will go back if we are in the area.

My sister and myself had a wonderful time, the view was spectacular every day, you could hear the ocean the whole time. Apartment was beautiful and our hosts friendly, available when needed and helpfull.

Lovely place, felt just like home. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The house is squeaky clean! Smells amazing and did I mention the extremely comfortable beds!!! We did not want to leave😄The host and co-host are amazing people, excellent communication, very responsive and very friendly. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure we were sorted. The unit we rented was neat and clean. The view on its own was worth the money.

John was a great host. His place was clean and peaceful. The pictures don’t do this places justice, the views here are amazing. When you have breakfast you can see the whole coastline. Check in was amazing, Reita the caretaker kept in contact, we had to check in late because of a big accident on the N3 and she waited up for us which was truly amazing. The kids enjoyed the amenities and shops are really close by. If you looking for a family getaway this is definitely the place to come.
