The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

We are a family with small children so the occasional noise may be heard upstairs during the day.

Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.
