The Whittier neighborhood is a charming and historic part of Denver, and also one of its most walkable locales. Stroll or bike to hip new restaurants, bars, and breweries. The Airbnb is close are Coors Field, the Convention Center, Union Station, and Lower Downtown. blocks away from the 25th and Welton light rail station. Right by I-25 and I-70. Quick and easy access to the Mountains to go skiing. 1 hour to Loveland Ski Area. An hour 15 to A Basin. The new A train to DIA has a stop at 38th and Blake that is a 5 minute uber ride from our place. Take the A train for $9 a person. Takes around 30 minutes to or from the airport.

Close to everything, quiet and spacious, it's perfect for couples, small families and professionals. Please note that this is located underneath our main house. We do our best to be respectful of our renters, and make a special effort to be quiet during typical sleeping hours. However, we do have two young children who sometimes have their own agendas.
