Villa was very clean and nice, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Emma was great, when a small issue with a gas alarm arose she was on top of it and had it dealt with immediately. Great property and highly recommended management.

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

It was an excellent place . Perfect and luxurious stay we had .

Maison très agréable avec emplacement extérieur très pratique pour apéritif et déjeuners. Piscine commune très agréable à proximité, centre commercial à 10mn à pieds. Humphrey a toujours été présent, amical et réactif pour nous apporter les réponses à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cette maison.

Great host.. flexible for the check-out time.. Little bit difficult to find location but instructions were given for the same.. There was a housekeeper available for any requests...

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

The property was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with stunning views of the beach from our private pool area. We stayed here as a family of five and had a wonderful time. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly and the location is great, only a short drive to everything Hatta has to offer. Night time is very peaceful. The inside of the villa is very spacious. We would definitely come back!
