Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! An hat alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und es gibt viele hilfreiche Dinge,wie Shampoo, Duschgel, und sogar Hausschuhe. Es ist eher wie ein zu hause! Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Es liegen auch ein paar hilfreiche Infos in der Unterkunft. Ein Traum. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jeden empfehlen :) vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Tipps.

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Great place, felt right at home. Very quiet, spacious, beautiful decorated, had everything you need for a pleasant and lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist wie im Text und in den Fotos dargestellt. Sie ist super geschnitten , hat mehrere Balkone und war blitzsauber. Sehr toll sind eben die 3 Schlafzimmer, damit jeder sein Reich hat. Die Lage ist Extraklasse, direkt am Markt und im Zentrum. Die neue Metro liegt genau bei der Wohnung und man kommt somit super und günstig zum Flughafen. Ich werde wieder kommen.

συνιστώ απόλυτα να επισκεφτείτε τον χώρο αυτο,πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό σπίτι, σε ήσυχη περιοχή.Η πρόσβαση στο χώρο ήταν εύκολη με ακριβείς οδηγίες!

Άψογο κατάλυμα!

We received a number of very informative messages about how to check in. Us arriving around midnight was no problem. There was some water in the fridge and the appartment was spotless. The next morning we met the hosts who were courteous and friendly and who gave us a few golden tips for the area. They remained available, yet unobtrusively so. The apartment was easily and quickly cooled with the aircon units in every room. The furniture was clean and very comfortable. All the needed equipment was there, from washing machine to hoover. While in an area focused on the beach front with resturants and boardwalk nearby, the house itself sits in a residential neighbourhood oposite a church, which makes you feel you're getting a taste of authentic Greek town-life, rather than a curated version of it. Nearby were supermarkets, fruit.veg stores, bakeries, chemists and so on. The house was easily reached and so was a handy base to explore the "trident of Greece" from. Couldn't recommend it more

Gerçekten çok temiz ve mükemmel bir daireydi. Ev sahibi çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili birisi. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Evde arayabileceğiniz her şey var. 2 televizyon, buzdolabı, çay ve kahve makinesi, tost makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü... Tüm mobilyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Yatak çok rahat. Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederim.

This is the sort of place you just want to settle into for weeks. It is very comfortable, has a great layout, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and the neighborhood is extremely pleasant. We felt very at home both with the place and all the good communication with the hosts. They made it all so easy for us. If you are driving, we had a good experience with the garage that they recommend right around the corner. Also, though we went all over the city trying various restaurants with excellent ratings, some of the best meals we had were two steps away from the apartment.

Mega nur zu empfehlen und super nett

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und empfahl uns z.B. Parkplätze und Restaurants. Das half uns sehr durch den Trubel der Stadt in den Osterfeiertagen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und man merkt, dass sie mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Es ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Der Whirlpool war ein tolles Plus, wir konnten uns dort abends super entspannen. Natürlich hört man auf dem Balkon die Stadtgeräusche, aber uns störte dies wenig. Dafür war die Lage super, es gab viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten rundherum. Das einzige was für uns persönlich besser gewesen wäre, sind zwei Bettdecken fürs Bett, sodass jede Person eine eigene hat. Das ist aber nur unsere persönliche Präferenz. Wir können es jedem empfehlen! Ein toller Abschluss unseres Urlaubes in Griechenland.

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Es ist richtig groß, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist wirklich super. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch das Meer sind alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Dimitris ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation und auch der Check In gestalteten sich problemlos. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Zentral gelegen Unterkunft. Super geeignet um Thessaloniki zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten.

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Nancy's beautiful apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. Nancy was extremely responsive and helpful and our check-in experience was excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet side street just off a busy road, and it was perfect to relax after an exciting day in the bustling city. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance from all major sights and places - a car really isn't needed if you're just staying in the city (especially as there's the new metro now as well), but it comes in handy if you want to go on day trips or venture further (e.g. to Chalkidiki, like we did). In that case, I'd recommend checking a few of the parking garages around the apartment. We found a free one eventually, but it took a little while. All in all, we had a great time and would love to stay at Nancy's again!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ κάλο σε καλή τοποθεσία με μόλις 10-12 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης με ευκολία μετακίνησης με πολύ συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείων σε απόσταση μόλις 50 μέτρα έχει στάση. Επίσης και με αυτοκίνητο είναι εύκολο το να φύγει κανείς χωρίς κίνηση. Απόλυτη ησυχία και η Σίνδος έχει τα πάντα. Από καφέ εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα το κλείσω ξανά.

We were delighted to spend one week in Helena and Konstantinos' apartment where we had plenty of space for a family of five. The view is breath-taking and the proximity to the promenade by the sea made the location perfect. The hosts went up and above to welcome us with sweets and other surprises. And the trip suggestions to Sithonia, Peraia, Vergina and Pela were simply great. We can't wait to go back in summer time. Thank you for everything, it felt like a family was welcoming us.
