Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con jacuzzi en Urbino

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è disposto su tre piani ed è dotato di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Christian è davvero disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo professionale e cortese. Dovendo riportare l'unica cosa "negativa" che abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo e alla quale però il proprietario sta già lavorando è la poca linea telefonica o rete per internet. Neanche usando l'hotspot de telefono è stato possibile utilizzare internet sul pc perché appunto i telefoni (di operatori diversi) non prendevano. Sarà però presto disponibile una connessione stabile, consiglio solo, in caso pensiate sia necessario, di assicurarvene. Per il resto check in e out semplicissimi, zona tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi (fermata bus proprio fuori dal cancello) e piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, come cioccolatini e una bottiglia di vino che ci sono state offerte. this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Einige Tage über Ostern mit der ganzen Groß-Familie in einem tollen Landhaus verbracht. Ein wunderbarer Obstteller hat uns empfangen. Dieses Haus ist für eine große Familie sehr zu empfehlen - man kann viel gemeinsam machen, aber jeder hat auch seinen Rückzugsbereich (wenn er/sie möchte). Wir können uns vorstellen, hier wieder mal hin zu kommen.

La sua accoglienza è stata impeccabile, con presentazione della casa e della zona. ha dato ottimi consigli sinceri sui locali dove mangiare e sui luoghi da visitare. la casa come da fotografie, comoda e spaziosa sia nelle camere che soprattutto nelle aree comuni. i tanti servizi disponibili nella hanno contribuito a farci trascorrere una splendida vacanza all'insegna dell' amicizia e del relax.

Soggiorno splendido e curato nei minimi dettagli, sia dal punto di vista estetico che nelle pulizie. La cucina è attrezzata con stoviglie e strumenti di ottima qualità. La posizione esprime un grande potenziale, purtroppo noi abbiamo soggiornato durante dei giorni piovosi ma il comfort della struttura hanno compensato ampiamente senza rovinare la nostra breve vacanze. Michele è stato presente e recettivo, un ottimo host. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare da lui.

Maria und ihre Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen und der Pool sind wunderschön, es gibt einen Volleyballplatz - sogar mit Flutlicht, Tischtennis, Strandtennis, Kicker und einen Kiosk, an dem man Getränke, Eis und Sandwiches kaufen kann. Man kann sehr schön draußen sitzen und Essen und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick in alle Richtungen. Maria und ihr Sohn Manuel haben bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen. In der Nähe gibt es viele historische kleine Städtchen zu besichtigen. Das Schlafzimmer Sirio ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos - ein traumhaftes Panorama nach allen Seiten. Die Klimaanlage ist im Juli und August auch sehr hilfreich. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass am Pool auch Tagesgäste waren. Dadurch war er insbesondere am Wochenende ziemlich voll. Aber ansonsten eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Ein herrlicher Urlaub in Claudias Haus! Es liegt in wunderbarer ruhiger Umgebung ist dennoch gut zu erreichen, man muss lediglich etwas von der Hauptstrasse weg. Dafür erwartet einen eine herrliche Landschaft und absolute Ruhe. Das Haus war blitzsauber, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sicher eines der besten, das ich bisher gemietet habe. Claudia ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die insbesondere bemüht ist, den Gästen viele Tipps für Unternehmungen zu geben. Sie ist sehr gut erreichbar, sympathisch und kümmert sich sofort, wenn man etwas fragt. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, um die nördlichen Marken zu besichtigen. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Tutto perfetto!! Soggiorno e casa INCREDIBILI!

Casa molto bella e ben tenuta con spazi ampi adatta a gruppi numerosi. E’ inoltre anche bene attrezzata. Consiglierei di migliorare l’appartamento al piano terra per quanto riguarda la cameretta ed il bagno. Il proprietario è stato super gentilissimo e molto disponibile a risolvere un piccolo problema.

Casa grande con vista bellissima e grande piscina con un vista meravigliosa su Mondavio. Luca è molto ospitale e amichevole!

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)

The accommodation was just like in the pictures – very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect as well, with all surrounding towns easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is a super spacious villa. We had access just to the ground floor (basement and the first floor were locked) but it was enough to accommodate 5 of us quite comfortably. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden, has 3 parking spots (more cars can be parked if needed). It took about 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Our car battery died and we were helped by jump starting the car and then by calling the mechanics (note that it was mid August - a lot of mechanics were on vacations). In summary: super spacious and comfortable villa, friendly and helpful people.
