I had an excellent stay! The entry to the building was easy to get to. I liked that the back patio backs up to the golf course and faces west. The home was clean and very comfortable feel. I enjoyed the gym, pool, spa, sauna, and tried both restaurants. The prospector restaurant at glacier had the most amazing sea bass dinner. 10/10 stay.

Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

We were right in the thick of things happening downtown, but when we retired we slept soundly. I also enjoyed hearing the Silverton train whistle each morning at 9:15.

Great place to stay! Well worth the money! The hospitality from Lee and his wife makes you really feel welcomed!

This is such a scenic, beautiful and peaceful stay! We loved everything about it. The views and the atmosphere were just breathtaking. This is the perfect place for a peaceful gateway.

Great place! Wonderful hosts. Super clean place, had all we needed and only 15min to Durango and Purgatory. Would absolutely stay here again!

What we liked most about our stay here was there were so many places in walking distance. This location is quiet and peaceful. Grocery store and Walgreens are all in walking distance as well.

This was the perfect stay for a few nights! Relaxing, secluded, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hot tub was perfect to enjoy the views during the day and stars at night. Extremely friendly hosts and very dog friendly. Would 100% stay here again if we travel that way. And the cinnamon coffee cake is the best way to start the morning!

Great location, peaceful and private. Very clean and comfortable inside. Everything I needed for a few days of skiing, relaxing and cooking good food.

Our family loved staying here. The house is updated, clean, and is in the perfect location in downtown Durango. Close and walkable to everything. The Host is really thoughtful too - We travelled with our 4-month old and the host setup a crib for us. Overall a great Airbnb

We stayed a couple of nights at Holly’s place in early December and had a great visit to Durango. We were a short distance from the historic downtown area which was very lively with Christmas decorations and lots of shoppers. The neighborhood was very walkable with sidewalks everywhere. We took our dog out for a walk in the morning and late afternoon. The very large back yard was a bonus as well. We loved the gas-burning stove and tended to linger in the morning to drink coffee and read books. Our stay was very enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay at Brandon’s property. He had provided complimentary snacks for us. Our stay was over the holidays, and it was a nice touch that there were Christmas decorations. I can highly recommend Brandon’s place!

Great spot for skiing at purgatory with a big group! We also were close to mesa verde which was a cool spot to check out. Good games already at the house - overall great stay!!

Loved the stay and Amanda was amazing. I dont blame the dirty toaster oven and the candles that had wax on the fireplace on Amanda—that was the cleaners. They should be checking everything. Amanda was very responsive and the placed was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Place was very pet friendly! Loved the location -outside of town- yet close enough to everything. She was flexible and we absolutely loved the scenery and the stay!!!!

Leslie is an excellent hostess and her place is exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Durango with three adults, two young kids, and two dogs. Her instructions were clear. She was responsive and friendly. The visit was very easy. The house was perfect for young kids and had strong internet service. It had a great view of sunsets and gave easy access to many activities in and around Durango.

If you’re traveling with a younger toddler, I’d recommend bringing a baby gate to use on the stairs, but besides that this place was great for a weekend stay in Durango.

Needed a last minute place to stay and Steve was quick to response with every need and very accommodating! I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a week of skiing as a family of 6. kris was very helpful measuring hide a bed for my over 6ft son. Beds were very comfortable. Had all kitchen items for a great stay. super wonderful to have walking access behind condo for direct access to ski runs. the short walk to use hot tub was a wonderful perk. slight negatives or just good to know. garbage disposal is old so you can't use. Just had to be careful. And we only had access to one ski locker until day 3 when we found key in kitchen drawer. all in all. comfortable clean and would totally stay again.

This rental was perfect for our spring break ski trip! Location was great! So easy to walk to the slopes and the base/lodge/resort amenities. The unit was just as described with plenty of extra blankets/bedding, towels and tons of hooks - so helpful for alllll the ski gear. Lots of extras in the kitchen!

Gretchen was very communicative and a great host! She checked in to make sure things were going well and the details had everything we needed.

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

Condo was conveniently located with easy parking. The ski lockers were super helpful. The pull out bed had a memory foam topper that made it very comfy. Bathroom was good size for 4 people. Kitchen was well stocked.
