The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

Spent a lovely week in Tselentata. Marzia and Piero were super friendly. they met us when we arrived and showed us around and were always on hand to help out if we had any questions or queries, Villakalimera was a traditional greek house with lots of personality, it felt nice to stay in what felt like a home rather than a clinical villa. there was plenty of space both inside and outside although we didn’t tend to sit outside in the evening due to nasty mosquitos. Good location to walk down to local beach, which took 15 mins or so. We drove into Fiskardo which was a little further.

It was a perfect stay, the house is beautiful, clean and the view is amazing! You have the pool jacuzzi, ect! You can stay only up at the house if you want! A place you want yo come back

We stayed for a week at Villa Helios and had the most wonderful time! the villa is really well laid out, very light and bright with tall ceilings. The AC was very efficient and the pool was refreshing to cool down in. The panoramic view was spectacular, beds were super comfortable and the Team that came and cleaned each day worked really hard to make the place spotless for guests. We kept in touch with Ourania beforehand and throughout the stay and she was really responsive and helpful. Her son Jason also came to visit us to make sure we were OK and helped fix a minor glitch with the Wifi for us. Overall it was an excellent holiday for us at the most beautiful Villa with a Genuine Superhost!

Très belle maison, belle piscine, vue imprenable! Une chambre, mais pour une famille avec 2 enfants c'est bien adapté, le sofa est convertible et l'espace parentale a son intimité. Recevoir c'est un art que les hôtes maitrisent!!! très réactives et très accueillantes. Nous étions en août et avons le droit de se servir des légumes et fruits du potager! Nous avons prolonger notre séjour, l'endroit est un bon point de chute pour visiter l'ile en voiture. Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina attraverso l'Albania. Arrivare nella villa è stato come un premio di relax, pulizia e comodità. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio, il rumore del mare, il tramonto e le stelle. Dalla villa c'è un accesso diretto al mare, puoi svegliare il tuo corpo direttamente nell'acqua marina e tornare per fare la colazione sulla veranda. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, poche persone sulle spiagge anche in pieno agosto e diversi posti molto belli a pochi km di distanza. L'isola di Lefkada, a parte il traffico dovuto ai lavori stradali ed al ponte levatoio, è a meno di un'ora di automobile ma ci sono altre località molto belle da visitare sul continente. L'Host è disponibile ed efficiente ed è sempre pronta ad aiutare per consigli o per risolvere eventuali problemi che possano capitare, come purtroppo accaduto a noi. Una vera oasi di relax.

My stay at Villa Octavius was one of the highlights of my recent trip to Lefkada. The property, which is situated on a hilltop overlooking the hustle and bustle of Nidri, boasts breathtaking views, luxury in abundance and a hosts with a wealth of local knowledge who are always available to deal with queries or to offer tips. When not buzzing around the island on our mechanaki (small motorbike), my partner and I spent many happy hours reading in the hammock tower and admiring the distant islands, including the famous Skorpios. I also enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbeque on nights when we did not feel like going out. Steven and his partner Monica even allowed us to harvest fresh veggies and salad greens from their garden. Our arrival and departure went smoothly and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack. I hope to return in the not too distant future.

Náš skoro měsíční pobyt zde byl naprosto skvělý. Skvělá hostitelka, krásný dům a zahrada, výborná lokalita pro objevování ostrova. Ještě jednou mnohokrát děkujeme. :)

We (my husband and I and our 2 kids (2 and 4)) had a lovely stay at Villa Rocca! The house has everything you need, is beautiful and has a laidback atmosphere. It is a 5 minute walk to the (pebble) beach and the nearest restaurant is next door! The other restaurants and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. Really convenient! The only thing we missed a little bit, is a nice outside area to sit. There are two yards (front and back), but they are quite small and not very inviting to sit in. It didn’t really matter for us though as we were out most evenings. Lastly, Antonella is a very nice host! She is easy to communicate with, very friendly and super helpful. All in all, we had a great holiday at Villa Rocca and highly recommend staying here!

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

Die Villa ist gut für Besucher, die ihre Ruhe haben möchten. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen mit rundum guter Aussicht, die nicht einsehbar sind. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wehte immer ein sanfter Wind über den Hügel, der angenehm zum Schlafen war. 20 Autominuten entfernt ist der tolle Strand bei Fiskardo - wir hätten gerne noch mehr Zeit hier verbracht.

The house is as described and as lovely as the photos. The reviews mention the welcome pack which is lovely , with thoughtful bits, ice, bread, juice, milk etc . It’s close to Nidri but also lovely restaurants at the bottom of the hill on the sea front. Easy to drive to Lefkada, Sivota and the west side. I didn’t meet Lydia in person but she was super helpful with all my enquiries, her father met us on arrival and was really helpful. The views are spectacular and the house was peaceful. Had an amazing stay, thank you!

We loved our stay at the cottage. The silence is almost deafening only interrupted by nature & the sounds of goat bells. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need & more spacious than it appears in the photos. You definitely need a car for this location. Tasos is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any questions we had & extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him as a host at any of his properties.

Sublime séjour à Leucade : la maison est superbement placée pour profiter de l’ile (des iles car il faut absolument aller à Meganisi) : la vue est splendide avec le passage des bateaux, hôte très amical et réactif, maison bien équipée et ménage en milieu de semaine tres appréciable : seules petites recommandations sur l’extérieur : la terrasse est petite et insuffisamment ombragée qui rend difficile le déjeuner en plein soleil. L’extérieur de manière générale mériterait plus d’attention.

An Idylic, beautiful and ideal place to unwind. To get to the town or around the island, a car is important. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within reasonable distance but in hot weather a/c in the vehicle is very useful. Marina and her husband are kind and helpful and maintain a serene haven with fair applied rules for the pool and rooms. A perfect base for exploring the island. In all, it would have been the perfect holiday for me, a septuagenarian, solo traveller, and if it wasn't for the problem at the beginning with the double booked room, for which Marina apologised profusely, it would have been perfect. I will still go back again but I will check with Marina that my room is available next time.

We had such a lovely stay at Grace’s. We booked both apartments for a family group, which worked well. The villa is charming with the most beautiful seaviews. We spent a lot of time just watching boats coming and going in the changing light. It has a very homely feel, with plenty of places to sit in comfort. Aircon & mosquito nets were very welcome. Pool is small but enough to cool off in. Grace was very proactive with information prior to arrival, which was helpful and very responsive with any queries. We absolutely loved Kioni, couldn’t get enough of the warm, clear sea. We hired a boat from George a couple of days, and swam in little bays, would thoroughly recommend. Good choice of authentic and fine dining. Would suggest discussing access if important for your group, as it’s not easy for anyone with mobility issues. Steps from parking, and down to the pool and although we were able to walk comfortably to the village, it proved too much for my parents. We would definitely go back.

This was one of the best experiences I had! The apartment was sparkling clean! Location was perfect, right at the top of the hill and the view from our balcony was breathtaking! And not only from the balcony but from the entire area the view was as best as it gets! Even though it was on a hill the distance to the local places was small and every thing easily accessible! The hospitality worths 100 stars! Spiros was very proactive, friendly and responsive. He provided recommendations for local places, sent us local wine free of charge to taste, let us check out later and gave us mugs with village name printed as a gift! The breakfast was also good. Absolutely, highly recommended!

We were a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday. The villa was perfect for our needs - spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool area for evening dining and daytime relaxing. The villa was clean on arrival and was cleaned really well during our stay. Fern was helpful and responsive throughout. We had a great holiday!

Wonderful villa in a beautiful peaceful secluded setting..walking distance to the nearby village of Magganis. Good restaurants. Not too expensive. Sheep bells in the valley below. Sunsets over the sea. The pool was chill in April but we all got in, lovely clean and well maintained. Very well looked after grounds with lovely plants and trees (olives, almonds, orange and lemons). Great fake grass lawn for football/games. Supermarket in village (expensive local supermarkets....recommend big shop in Lidl Argostoll for essentials if self catering). Beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites Emplisi and Atelies in north and Antisamos east. Myrtos and Petani impressive. Bays around the Fiskardo lighthouse lovely for a cheeky dip.

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful surroundings with lovely pool. Would love to come back one day.

The perfect villa, spacious, spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens and stunning sunsets. It was well equipped with a good size pool our children loved. Lots of shady spots to relax and enjoy the view from when it got too hot to sit in the sun. Our host was very friendly with fast responses and we were made to feel very welcome at the villa as well. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
