I stayed in 4separate apts in this bldg and this apt was my favorite. A huge plus is the common areas: pool, bbq, fire-pit, gym and spa area. When I come back to Montenegro I will stay here.

Nice flat with great location, the sea is only 5 mn walk and also there is a free parking nearby. The place is super clean and had everything I need. The host is super nice and helpful, highly recommended :)

Домик полностью соответствовал описанию и фото. В нем есть все и даже больше, все очень чисто и красиво, приятная атмосфера. На улице есть столик с зонтом, также все для приготовления еды на мангале. В небольшом саду растут красивые пальмы, оливки, киви, разные растения и ароматнейший лимон, который нам разрешили рвать для освежающей воды и чая. Очень приятный хозяин Bozidar, говорит на русском и английском. Угощал нас пойманной им рыбой, подсказывал моему мужу нюансы рыболовства в данной местности. Очень доброжелательный, подарил дочке конфеты в честь дня рождения. По приезду нас ждал презент в виде местного вина и сладостей. До пляжа 3 минуты (35 пологих ступенек и перейти дорогу). Оссобенность в том, что есть вход в море для детей со своим небольшым пляжиком и также плиты, откуда можно прыгать и купаться взрослым. Море и виды прекрасны!!! Проживание у Bozidar рекомендуем однозначно!!!

Sehr tolles Apartment und super netter Ansprechpartner. Nicola war toll und hat uns über alles auf dem laufenden gehalten. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. 12/10

Clean apartment, nice view

Yer harika ve güzel manzarası çok iyiydi ev sahibi her soruya karşılık verdi yardımseverdi.fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi çıktı aynısı. Ev temiz evde bütün malzemeler vardı birdaha geldiğinde tekrar bu evi kiralayacağım. Herşey için teşekkürler

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή και ευγενική η Ταμάρα. Ήταν καινούργιο και πάρα πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο και είχε τέλεια θέα στον κόλπο του Κοτορ . Το διαμέρισμα είχε τα πάντα, όλες τις ανέσεις και ότι θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί μια οικογένεια και σε πολύ καλή ποιότητα. Tamara was very nice and kind. The apartment was new, very clean, and beautiful, with a perfect view of the Bay of Kotor. It had everything, all the amenities, and anything a family could need, all in very good quality.

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.
