A very well located and well equipped apartment, with car-parking. Easy access to Cowes and beaches. Plenty of interior space and well equipped kitchen.

Super spot to stay in Rosebud. Beach foreshore, shops and restaurants are all within close walking distance and at your fingertips. The place is cosy and well appointed with modern kitchen and ensuites. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Jasmina is very responsive and accommodating to help at all times. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

Jeanette's place was beautifully. My friemds amd I stayed here the night before the mornington half marathon. The house was Clean well furnished with everything we needed and more. Location was fab nice and peaceful a great stay for a family.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week. The apartment was in immaculate condition, spacious and had all the indemnities needed for a lovely week away. The stunning view from the balcony overlooking the beach was a delight. It is a fantastic location opposite the main beach and a 5-minute stroll to the main shops. Secure and easy parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

It was a lovely spot for a warm beach getaway with family. The hot tub/pool was incredible. We had a great time and excellent interactions with Tina. She was was quick to respond and supportive!

We had a lovely few days at this property, with the most amazing views from house and peaceful scenery with a great grass area at the front for kids. So private and quiet. Diana was so helpful and kindly gave us a late checkout very last minute so we could finish up a work call. She offered lots of information on local activities/places to visit before we arrived which was very helpful. The house is a little more rustic than what we originally thought from photos but still so lovely and everyone had a great time. Thanks Diana for the 5 star service 👍

Great place, well equipped. Great ambience. Would have been perfect, if there were showers in every bathroom. Full shower amenities would have been greatly appreciated. John Chia
