Great place for a rustic but comfortable stay. Everything was as described, stream behind the house allowed for lovely background nature noise the whole trip, but could close windows if you didn’t want it. Easy in and out, well stocked with the basics. Would rent again!

Marinas little red cabin was perfect for our ski trip! The WiFi is a little rough but we didn’t spend much time on our phones Bring dvd’s (the collection is solid but more the better) Perfect distance to okemo, Stowe is less than two hours so it was great! The cabin felt so cozy and felt right at home! Would def book again!

This place was very beautiful and definitely very peaceful. We had a great time, even though the drive to activities was pretty far. My only wish was that it was a little more private as far as the other attached rental and housing. Very pretty walk along the brook and the hot tub was a beautiful added bonus. Thank you for the extras that were provided.! Great trip!

Dave is such a kind and welcoming host! He is great with communication. The place is such a nice and cozy space to relax and enjoy the nature around you. I used fire pit for both nights I was there and it was so peaceful to sit by while hearing the water from the brook. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

I had a weekend stay at the Mountain View cabin on Sean’s property, which was a beautiful hand crafted cabin with some handcrafted furniture. I will start by saying Sean and his kids made this place feel like a home! When we saw him around the property, he was very attentive and always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful with gorgeous views and plenty of trails if you are into the hiking scene like we are. The bed was absolutely comfortable and the kitchen area had all the essentials! On top of your beautiful stay, Sean was awesome enough to suggest some local restaurants and some local hiking areas to make sure we got the most of our weekend! Overall it’s a 10/10 and we will absolutely be staying here again. There is not a single thing I can mention that was a negative. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an incredible weekend at this Absolutely perfect stay. Stacey was super responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the incredible views. Highly recommend this place 10/10!!!!!

Sergjio’s place was beautiful. He had a bottle of wine, fresh eggs, and fruit upon our arrival. When we met him he offered places to visit and he was so friendly. We can’t wait to book our next stay.

Had a wonderful stay! Birdie's Nest Guesthouse is definitely a place we would return to. It was a perfect break from the busy-ness of life in a quiet, slow environment. The space is beautiful and has everything you need! Host was helpful and intentional with communication and amenities!

Rachel and Cisco have a beautiful property! The landscape is gorgeous and, even though their home is right behind the airbnb, it felt like a very private getaway for me and my wife. At night, the stars are wonderful and the wildlife is amazing to hear. Very peaceful and nature-filled experience. We had all of the amenities needed and had great day trips to Burlington and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend and will be back ourselves!

Nice cozy place and nice host. May have to drive a bit to do certain activities, but it is worth it. The sauna is pretty cool too. Great value for price.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Jordin's Tiny house. Everything was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of privacy. The porch area and sauna were spectacular!!! Even the blankets outside smelled clean and new. Jordin thinks of everything to make you as comfortable as possible. Jordin even left us maple candies and local maple syrup as a gift!! The Tiny House itself is beautiful, clean, smells heavenly, and sooo cozy!! We will definitely be visiting this Tiny oasis again. The property was easy to get to and in a very convenient location to access multiple towns/restaurants/things to do. You are no more than a 20 ish minute drive to multiple other cute little towns. The barrel sauna was incredibly relaxing. The covered patio was perfect when it rained. We were still able to enjoy being outside. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Magical is an understatement. From the walk up to the cabin, the quiet in the forest, the cozy bed area & the wood burning stove … we had an amazing weekend. What a great reset before the typical week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even the rain made it so peaceful to nap in. Thank you again !!!

Beautiful, private, relaxing getaway with the wife. Wasn’t sure about the hot tub at first but it was absolutely amazing. Not your traditional hot tub which was clear in the description before booking. My wife and I actually enjoyed it more. Very quiet and peaceful. Ben was an amazing host and we appreciate him sharing this tiny home with us. Don’t hesitate to book you won’t regret it!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Owl's Head Cabin for a long weekend skiing at Jay. The cabin is small and cozy, very warm, and the right size for two people for a weekend. In addition to the main bed, there's a loft with a sleeping area, but you'd have to be very small to get into it and enjoy it; I'd guess the cabin would be a bit small for a couple with children but maybe if you're out all day it'd be okay. Cooking appliances worked well. The one note of caution is that you have to drive on a somewhat rough, uphill dirt road for at least 3 or 4 miles to reach the cabin. We fortunately did not have to drive during a time when there was actively snow falling on the road, but the 2wd sedan we rented definitely would not have made it in those conditions; it was a little harrowing even with just the slush and ruts left after plowing. So be careful if your trip coincides with nastier weather! Jason was very communicative and left clear instructions. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We *LOVED* our time in the Cabin in the Woods. Sondra and Daniel were very responsive in responding to questions about the property. The layout of the cabin was sensible and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to go back! The cabin location is perfect and is sweet and romantic. Sondra and Daniel have thought through every detail. Thanks again for a splendid vacation spot!

loved getting to stay in the treehouse. if you're up in Woodstock solo or as a couple, perfect accommodation! be prepared for the walk to the bathroom, but that's treehouse living for you. if you know what you're getting into, it's a fun little adventure!

We booked the cabin for two nights while attending a workshop in the area. It was very easy to access the space on our own using the provided key code. The cabin is located on a woodsy hillside. We were pleased to find it very clean, with solar powered lighting, a solar charging system for devices, and utensils/dishes/pots/pans in the kitchen. Plenty of gas and water for were provided for our stay. Hot water in the outdoor shower located a short walk downhill from the cabin - reliable and hot! Location to Burke and Willoughby is pretty good - about 10/15 minutes to either. We enjoyed the campfire space and hanging out inside exploring the bookshelf and games. Thanks for a very comfortable, charmingly rustic, spot to stay!

The Treehouse was truly peaceful! Amazing views of the lake and just far enough away to be super quiet. Donna was so responsive and considerate!
