I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

Beautiful and vintage stay. Simple and secluded. Apartment gets cold but the heater felt great. Good shower and excellent sized closet. Sheets super soft! Bed makes you want to stay in it all day. Lots of linen and thoughtful touches. Nice balcony. Place was so clean. Would definitely stay here again. The only con we had was trying g to find this place in the dark lol but that wouldn’t keep us away. Good for 1-2 people. More may feel cramped.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

I was in town visiting a family member in the hospital and Amy's place turned out to be an excellent choice. I had to get a little help with check-in but Amy was responsive and everything else was great. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I needed including WiFi so I was able to keep up with my work and online class. Also it was a very short drive to the hospital so the location was just perfect. Parking was a little tricky but I got some help from locals. A totally great experience overall. I would stay again. Location was perfect - convenient & within walking distance to SoHo shops & restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and Trey was quick to respond and easy to work with. All-around wonderful experience. We look forward to booking again when visiting family.

Such a great place to stay! Had to change dates last minute due to an illness and Trey was so understanding and accommodating for us. Perfect location to visit Samford and spend time in the cutest downtown Homewood. Very responsive and helpful host. If our son decided to go to Samford, we will definitely stay again!

Our condo was exactly what we needed. It was super clean, the furniture was comfortable and towels are high quality. The bed was comfortable and blackout drapes were appreciated. Dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and trash bags were provided AND bottled water and snacks were an unexpected treat! Thank you! We didn’t cook but the grocery store right next door was convenient for drinks, fruit and lite meals. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. I recommend martinis at SOHO Standard!!

This place is our go to when we are in the area. Absolutely love it, super clean, and Brenchard is an amazing host and very responsive.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.
